I have actually experimented with breathing exercises before 😉 and I don't think it's just about shallow breathing.
I was just outside getting some fresh air... if I sit down as soon as the dizziness kicks in and try to take deep breaths while calming myself down, will it actually help? I doubt shallow breathing would do much.

Yeah... it's definitely possible it's purely psychological.
Especially in my case... I wouldn't be surprised one bit.
But you know how it goes... doctors tend to brush it off immediately because they think I'm too young.
I've actually been on Lexapro and Xanax... though I actually stopped taking them about a week ago. Maybe that's why... maybe all that anxiety is just rushing back at me... and honestly, it's been hitting me even harder these last few days.
My doctor says my blood pressure is fine and that I’m staying properly hydrated.
As for the insulin levels, I’m really not sure... but I'm actually heading back to her office right now. 🙂 It’s honestly so frustrating when you feel like you've lost control over your own body... especially when she keeps sending me for the exact same tests over and over. I'm going to insist she takes a closer look this time.
Does anyone else have any suggestions?
I'm turning 17 soon, and this has been going on since I was about 12.
No, I didn't actually stand up too fast. I was actually standing the whole time, and I only sat down once I started feeling dizzy.
And it isn't just a quick thing, either. It usually lasts for about five minutes.
So...
this has been happening to me over the last few years... and it happened again yesterday.
Basically, I suddenly get this intense dizziness, chills run through my body, and my vision starts to go dark. It feels like swarms of ants are crawling right in front of my eyes until everything just turns black.
It’s also happened before where I end up passing out after those sensations hit.
If anyone has any idea what might be going on, please let me know 🙂
I saw my doctor about this a while back and she started with some blood work. The results showed I was a little low on iron, but I corrected that pretty quickly. I also had an EEG done, but that came back completely normal too.
Does the shipping fee stay the same regardless of whether the item's price is higher or lower? I had a clerk at the local UPS store insisting it was identical whether the value was $33 or $333.
But now that I'm looking at their official website, it turns out she was completely wrong! 🤷
I don't smoke. 🙂
I realized a long time ago that I didn't really need it, especially since my perception of things has always felt a bit surreal anyway.
At least I'm saving some money, right?
Lately, I’ve been breaking out into these random fits of laughter. I stepped outside today and just couldn't stop grinning at everything. I see a bird and I start laughing. The sun hits my face and there I am, giggling. A breeze picks up and I'm laughing again. Even seeing a redhead walking by triggers a smile. It’s just this genuine, deep-seated amusement at every little thing. Sometimes it even turns into full-on hysterical laughter over something as simple as checking my watch. 🤷
Honestly, I don't care what anyone thinks. I'm happy. 😍

If you still come up empty-handed, start with this:

I'm looking for a toned, lean physique, more confidence, and better health. Just don't get lazy on me or start complaining that things are getting too hard...🙂
I actually started from the beginning and couldn't find anything specific. 😁But once I worked my way backward from the end, I finally found some stuff.
Thanks.😉
Anyway, don't worry—I'm not one of those soft types who cries because they broke a nail.
Truth be told, I barely have any nails left anyway. But that’s beside the point. 😁
Also, if you don't mind me asking... I read that Muay Thai is mostly for the ring, but I really need something that might actually work on the street. Something effective.
From what I gather, that would be Krav Maga, right?🙂
Hello,
I’m looking to get started with Muay Thai on a recreational basis—mostly because I find it fascinating, but also for self-defense purposes.
I am 15 years old and female, 😁 if that makes any difference at all.
Are there any clubs located in the western part of town, or perhaps near the downtown area? Yes, I'm in Los Angeles. 😁
Roughly how much should I expect to pay per month?
Also, if anyone happens to know, what does a typical training schedule look like?
Much appreciated.
I know the feeling. They hit you with that ridiculous markup and then tack on shipping costs on top of everything else...
My bag basically fell apart after just a couple of weeks. -.-
