I might as well jump in here and join the chorus of complaints. My back gives me trouble quite often, which is pretty wild considering how much I stay active! I even have a friend who ended up needing serious spinal treatment because of similar issues :zbunj:
Ugh, Victoria's Secret isn't doing anything special for me either, and I’ve been stuck in this loop for three months now—constantly browsing for new bras but never actually pulling the trigger on a purchase. 🤦 Honestly, at this rate, I’d rather just let them hang down to my knees.
I’m honestly feeling pretty overwhelmed by all of this myself—it’s hard to find the right word for it, but "intense" feels like a massive understatement.
Seriously though, if that person really is just a clone of her, could someone please let me in on what their other name is? :neupućena:

And since my period was usually late anyway, those gaps tended to stretch out to a full month...🙂
Taking just a month off is like throwing a wrench into a finely tuned engine; it just throws the whole system out of sync. If you're actually serious about taking a breather, you really need at least three months to let everything reset properly.
It all really comes down to the quality of the pills you’re taking, much like how choosing the right fuel can make or break a cross-country road trip... But once you hit that three-year mark, it’s probably a good idea to take a breather, or at least that's what my doctor advised during our last check-up...
