I’ve got an A6-3670 FM1 setup, and I bumped the GPU from 444MHz up to 750MHz. It’s been running flawlessly for a year now. It handles newer games just fine without getting too loud or overheating, even on the stock cooler. Honestly, the biggest win is that this single GPU alone is worth about as much as a decent $50 graphics card. People seriously need to think about this more.

Some low-end junk can run without even a heatsink if you push it hard enough on Idle.

Go ahead and check your BIOS first and let me know what you see. You'll need to make sure the NVIDIA dual graphics setting is actually enabled. Maybe try booting the PC without the second card installed at all, get the latest drivers updated, and then pop the other one in.
I’m not entirely certain, but I think you might need to plug the monitor cable directly into the motherboard.

So, how do you actually change the GPU voltage on an AMD APU if the BIOS doesn't show the option and the software they provided doesn't have it either?

You’re looking for a router or an access point with a client mode, right? Honestly, if I were you, I’d just grab an old SX763 and flash OpenWrt or DD-WRT onto it. It’s a total game-changer.

Changing a handle should actually make things clearer or at least easier to say out loud. Honestly, I don't see how your tweak accomplishes either of those things. 🤷
