Justin Fox, you’ve definitely got some radical takes. Honestly, though, I think mine might be even more extreme. I really want to give birth at home. That’s my (informed) preference, but unfortunately, it's such a tough choice to actually make happen.

Anyway, I'm currently working with OBGYN patients at a hospital here in Chicago.
I won't get too deep into the details here, but honestly? I’d sign anything just to make sure my coverage doesn't get cut. I'm just hoping they can find some decent midwife out there to help look after things...
Amy Rodriguez59 said:My doctor wants me to go in for allergy testing. Honestly, I just don't see how there's any connection between these specific triggers and what I actually eat...

What do you guys think I should do?

Keep in mind those tests aren't just about food—they check for medications and all sorts of other environmental allergens too. If I were you, I'd definitely go through with it...
Have you guys gotten your flu shots yet? in Health ·
I checked it out. It was pretty good 😁

Do you really think I have nothing better to do with my life than spend my time trying to prove something to someone who won't even listen?

As far as I'm concerned, you can take your complaints straight to the Water Department.

And honestly, you're lucky I've got enough on my plate professionally that I don't have the time to sit around watching and reacting to every single one of your little marketing outbursts...
Iron deficiency? in Health ·
Look, I’m definitely not a doctor, but you should probably start checking your iron levels a bit more frequently. Honestly, this isn't a massive deviation from the norm, so try not to panic... it's nothing too scary.

I have a close friend who had incredibly high iron levels, and it made her feel absolutely terrible—constant headaches and just a million different issues. Basically, she had to cut out almost everything high in iron, like red meat and even leafy greens. Having iron levels that are too high can be really tough on your organs, especially your blood vessels.

Honestly, it feels a bit silly even responding at this point because the reason you keep getting your posts deleted—and why you keep getting banned—is always the exact same thing: you’re being way too pushy with those blatant advertisements for your own products.

Honestly, having iron levels that are way too high isn't exactly a stroke of luck. If anything, it’s actually much more dangerous and a total headache to deal with compared to anemia.

I have to say, I think you're talking nonsense. 😁...

Here is some of that "propaganda" you're worried about:

Honestly, any grandma living in the States today knows that our food supply has been depleted—it just doesn't have the nutrients it had even 10 or 20 years ago. It's actually pretty sad that someone as highly educated as you needs actual proof for that...

Who exactly are you talking about? 🤔
Give me just one solid argument to back up what you're saying?... 😉

The people I trust most are David Heber, who has spent 26 years studying plants and nutrition, serving as the Director of the Center for Human Nutrition (UCLA), Director of the National Cancer Institute (UCLA), and Director of the Plant as Food Research Center (UCLA)... and Louis Ignarro, a Nobel Prize winner in medicine ('98). He's a truly great man who dedicated his life to human health and refused to sell out his research to big pharma, choosing instead to work with the company producing natural nutritional products—something he's incredibly proud of.

Think about it: you're supposed to eat fish three times a week just to get enough Omega-3s for your body. Who is actually doing that? 😕...
(And specifically "North Atlantic" fish at that?...) 😁

P.S. My points are backed up by the top experts in the world... 😉...

Because they're limited and unproven. 😢...

From what I've seen here, the only ones who have actually provided concrete info are MacGregor and talia; everything else is just guesswork and theorizing... Plus, I personally know the lady in that photo who cleared up her psoriasis, so I'm certain it's true and that MacGregor is right. 🙂...

I honestly don't know how you still have the energy for this, but I always seem to have more than enough. You've already been banned more times than I can count.
Could I be lactose intolerant? in Health ·
It’s possible the milk just didn't sit right with you. But honestly, it feels weird if this all hit you out of nowhere...

Personally, I've had issues with dairy for as long as I can remember. I can usually manage a tiny bit, maybe like a quarter cup or so.

But the other day, I made myself a warm cocoa—about a full cup—and for the next two hours, I was absolutely miserable. My stomach felt like a lead weight and I could barely keep anything down. Total greed on my part... 😁
Jamie Clark74 said:Since you're a pro, could you walk us through how it actually works? I've honestly never even heard of this "prostate massage" thing before...🙄 😕

Well, I didn't exactly specialize in that specific area during my training! 😁
I mean, hopefully you've got a girlfriend to handle that delicate little job for you 😁

Dry / Chapped Lips in Health ·
Honestly, lip balms like Labello are absolute death for my lips.

The only thing that actually works is taking some Johnson & Johnson moisturizer and applying a thick layer right before bed. Generally speaking, any decent cream works way better than those cheap lip sticks; using stuff like Labello just creates a total disaster for me. After two or three days of using it, my lips—which were perfectly healthy and not even dry—end up totally cracked and peeling. I just don't get what the problem is...

Hmm, let me think...

Why on earth wouldn't I just do this across the whole forum?
And why would I even give her stuff like that in the first place?

You did a great job transcribing this, but I'm still a little lost on what you were actually trying to get at...

If you ask me, you were prescribed the wrong treatment. You don't need things like galvanization—which I think is basically obsolete unless we're talking about old-school car parts—or electrical stimulation. What you actually need is personalized kinesitherapy. Basically, a physical therapist who spends at least an hour working with you on functional movement and coordination rather than just basic strength training.

The issue isn't your muscle strength; it's how your nervous system is communicating with them. And honestly, forcing those aggressive stretches won't do much if the actual problem is high muscle tone in your arm...
