Is it actually possible to fund a Binance account using PayPal? I mean, does anyone here actually do that?

What happens to the people who took out those Swiss Franc Loans, managed to pay off a chunk of them, but then got absolutely crushed when the exchange rate spiked? I mean, they couldn't keep up with the payments anymore, so the loans went into default, leading to foreclosures and all that misery. There are so many folks who ended up stuck in a cycle of debt garnishments and legal freezes that they still haven't been able to dig themselves out of today because of how the interest piled up. I guess you have to wonder—do these people actually have a right to demand a refund or a total recalculation of their loans based on what they’ve already paid back?
