Thanks, everyone 🙂,

I’m stepping away because being active on this forum is taking up way too much of my time... time I really need to spend tackling some real-life issues right now. My life is a bit of a mess at the moment... and believe me, I’d much rather be hanging out here with you all every single day. But since I don't have the self-control to just moderate my own usage🙂... this is the only way I can manage🙂

So, dear Ludacris/Latto, I'm asking for what I originally requested: a one-year ban, and then hopefully we'll cross paths again soon.

Thank you to everyone who made my time here so wonderful... I'll still be lurking in the shadows as a passive reader🙂

Correction: I am requesting a standard one-year ban instead.
Thank you.
Unfair/selective banning - US in Banned Users Corner ·
A formal complaint regarding the selective moderation happening over on the "Lonely Heart" subreddit. The moderator admitted she was just having "one of those days," and based on that mood, decided to issue a Ban for discussing the topic of "Love bombing."

She focused her attention entirely on a single page where she "felt" things were getting out of hand, while completely ignoring the heated discussions on all the preceding pages... as if they didn't even happen.

The Ban was handed out to three people with the highest number of off-topic posts—myself included, sitting at 100 points. It feels like a totally arbitrary selection process since there are no clear rules on how much off-topic chatter is actually allowed.
It seems redundant to point out that she listed every single one of my posts, including the ones that were perfectly on-topic. Truly "objective, fair, and unbiased" moderation here at Lonely Heart...
Subjective vs. Selective Banning - US in Banned Users Corner ·
I want to bring some attention to the blatant bias and subjectivity we're seeing in the moderation over at Lonely Hearts, specifically regarding Ashley Vaughn79.

The moderator herself actually admits that she’s in a foul mood during the first half of the day, which means she’s being harsh with points and handing out bans... then in the second half, her mood shifts, and suddenly she’s all about being tolerant toward off-topic chatter in certain threads. It basically depends on whatever mood she happens to be in. So, depending on when you decide to post and what kind of temperament she's displaying, your chances of getting banned fluctuate wildly. On top of that, there are days where she lets certain people turn specific threads into a complete chatroom, while others get slapped with an automatic ban for doing the exact same thing. Of course, you have those users who get banned instantly, and then there are others who can get away with almost anything because she just looks the other way. So much for impartiality and having consistent standards for moderation here in the US...

It’s Darkić in the original version, but I couldn't find an American version on YouTube 😬

The name is Darkić in the original, but I couldn't find an American version on YouTube 😬[/I]

He even took a hit to the backside😂

I get the impulse, since someone behind a screen can become so dear to you, but still... when you're standing face-to-face, you're looking at a stranger. 😁

I'm not really a hugger in general, and I don't love being touched by people (except for my inner circle)... but I'd likely just end up shaking hands too. 😬

Exactly like this😁

Regarding the topic, I have to admit I’m not really much of a hugger in general... but, when it comes to the one who is my everything😍, I am the complete opposite. Physical touch is so high on my list... honestly, I don't think I'd ever want to leave his embrace🙂

I honestly can't remember if I've even hit a total of 100 hugs in my entire life, let alone managed to squeeze in 4 before breakfast...

bas Quote🤣

I’ve been there too... curiosity just got the better of me... and I ended up falling flat on my face...😁

I always figured I was a liberal. Then I joined this forum and suddenly I'm some hardcore conservative. 😳

Yeah, I feel the same way...😁🙂
Topic of the day > Is romance dead? in Lonely Hearts ·
Thomas Hernandez4 said:Dec 20th. Is romance officially dead?

The other day, Aljehin asked me on the chat what romance actually means to me. I’ll admit, I had to pause and really think before I could give an answer.
How do you all define romance? And when was the last time you actually did something romantic—or better yet, experienced it?

I wouldn't say she's lost... she just needs to find the right person...🙂😁Romance... it’s really just all those little gestures that make your heart feel warm. Those tiny, quiet moments that actually give life its meaning...😍...what was actually done, or perhaps what was earned... hmm... just let me think back for a second...🤔
Unfortunately, every job comes with its own set of baggage. There’s no such thing as a perfect career... some roles will take a toll on your mental state, while others just wear down your body. That’s why it’s so vital to carve out time for yourself when you're off the clock—for exercise, for unwinding... just trying to find even a tiny bit of balance.

Personally, there isn't an amount of money in the world that would convince me to take a position if I knew it would burn me out, both mentally and physically. Health has to come first.
