Personally, I thought the movie was... great. I was absolutely buzzing from all the action—there was this porcupine-like wolf, a caiman, and a wild boar. But honestly, what really got to me was the bond between George the Monkey and Davis Okoye. Look, I try to stay objective, but I just adore Dwayne Johnson. I’ll watch just about anything he's in. Though, I definitely prefer watching with the original audio.
That plane scene was pretty incredible. I loved his signing; the guy is such a natural performer. That dude who plays her colleague from the firm was a bit underwhelming for me. But if you're an action junkie, you're going to love it. I certainly did. And honestly, anyone watching me would have probably burst out laughing at my reactions! For me, it's an 8/10.

Ugh... pure fantasy. Honestly, I have a soft spot for these kinds of trashy movies. I’ve even grown to enjoy those new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles flicks. But this? This actually caught my eye because it stars Dwayne Johnson. I'm genuinely curious to see how he pulls this off.
I can hardly wait for tomorrow. I'll be heading to the theater to catch it in the original audio with subtitles. None of that annoying dubbing that Americans seem to love so much.

This should be interesting.

Alright, let's get this started again.
Starting weight is 154 lbs. After two weeks of sticking to a proper diet, I'm down 1 lb. My goal for the next five or six months? Lose 5 lbs and focus on slimming down my waist and glutes as much as possible. Current status:

I’ve seen some minor results after two weeks. Thank God for that. Honestly, I wouldn't have seen any progress if I hadn't focused on slimming down my midsection.

I’m trying to lean out and lose the gut through my diet. It’s a slow process, but I’m getting there.
I’ve been sticking to the advice Kate Anderson85 gave me and just doing my best. The only issue is that I’ve come down with a nasty cold, so I can't make it to the gym. My trainer told me I should rest up. So... I'm trying.

I realize losing 10kg might seem like a "small shift" to some, but I'm moving at my own pace, especially since I haven't been hitting the gym consistently lately.
Lately, I've just been focusing on running and swimming. Personally, I'm happy with the progress. My goal is to drop another 10kg.

They’re actually called Parrot Cichlids, and they come in all sorts of colors. In Asia, they even inject dyes under their skin for tattoos and other crazy patterns. Over here in the States, those types are banned, so you’ll mostly just see the bright red ones.

No. These are actually fish that someone "bred" himself. I'll chat with you about them later.

They shouldn't be an issue, vividskipper39. Unless you're talking about saltwater setups—but let's be honest, those require a massive investment of time, money, and serious technical skill.
Timothy Mitchell2 is probably thinking about freshwater tanks, since you see those much more often than saltwater ones, which I've only ever spotted at West Gate or maybe a local coffee shop.

I personally love watching them. I have a 200-liter tank at home filled with larger fish: angelfish, Congo tetras, macracanta botias, some gold and brown plecos, and six parrot fish.

I just enjoy looking at them. They’re such a lively group.

That’s the plan for today, and I’m giving it everything I've got. I actually saw my weight jump up by 2 pounds, so I’m feeling a bit down about it. 😢
