Best vitamins for breastfeeding moms? in Women's Health ·
mellowbadger8 said:There are tons of vitamins specifically for nursing moms out there—but I think I'll just stick to the Prenatal ones I've already been taking.

Honestly, that’s exactly what I did for the first two months postpartum (plus those six months leading up to it!) and my milk supply stayed totally fine. I definitely noticed a difference after about ten days, too... though my gums have been acting super weird lately...🙄

I heard some rumors about Mikulica—apparently his crew is losing their minds dealing with him! Between his constant demands, being impossible to please, and this wild paranoia about being poisoned or watched by the FBI... it's a mess. Plus, he’s making a huge deal out of his wife and son not being able to make it to Istanbul.

Is this just some crazy PR stunt or is the guy actually losing it?
I haven't even found a way to watch it yet.

but I did catch a glimpse of that Greek guy, 🙂 🙂 🙂
Nobody ever actually reads that fine print about side effects on the little inserts or the tablets...
Of course you don't *have* to take breaks, but it's a good idea—really...
Once you run into that 25-year-old who passed away because she ignored everything, then it's way too late to be playing the "it won't happen to me" game.

I already know my aunts, cousins, and even my great-aunt are gonna come for me—they’ve been popping these for 20 years and they're totally fine! But hey, I'd rather play it safe...

These pills are basically hormones, and no matter how small the percentage, it's just not healthy for the body.

You shouldn't smoke while on them either—plus, you really need to get moving or do some light exercise regularly. If you actually bother reading the instructions, you'll see most issues are linked to the circulatory system, heart, and internal organs. Most people just think, "Nah, those are old-person problems," but that's totally wrong... These pills can seriously mess with your heart and blood vessels.

So, my advice to everyone? Take breaks and stay active!

I’m always getting hyped up for some shows...
I’ve got maybe 5 or 6 plays on my bucket list that I’d love to catch out in the wild—but man, those tickets are ridiculously pricey! So for now, everything is just on hold until I can finally pick a favorite. And let me tell you, that is a freaking impossible decision...

There’s this one shop that sells last-minute tickets right before the curtain goes up, but it’s kind of a gamble: it’s basically "this show or nothing." You just wait in line, see what’s left once it’s your turn, snag a ticket for 50% off, and head straight to the theater

omg, I am obsessed with the soundtrack—I literally downloaded the whole thing immediately! 😁

And honestly, you can tell how much I love this movie just by looking at my profile pic 😎
No way I would've passed up that lamb on the drive down to the coast—honestly, I almost choked because it was just so good...

this guy's basically a UN official
but he started out as a total vegan
only to end up as this super meat-heavy eater with his own little squad of vegetarians 😁

what was the author actually getting at here? 😁
eh, you guys are smart—you'll probably figure it out...
How to get rid of cellulite? in Health ·
I am obsessed with exfoliating with cornmeal—basically like a homemade scrub.
It’s basically my version of a skin treatment, and I swear it gets the blood flowing... my skin feels amazing after.
How I do it:
I just grab a little saucer—like one of those tiny espresso saucers—toss in 2 or 3 spoonfuls of cornmeal, wet it with my hands, and massage it in using light circles before rinsing it all off.
Seriously such a game changer—my skin ends up feeling totally silky smooth...
