I’m kind of lost on what that phrase means—you know, the whole "one protein isn't enough when it comes to stuff like this" thing.

Hey Francisco, I think that second link you posted is broken.

Who on earth is "Ruby"?

By the way, Mark Lopez8, if I were you, I'd probably be a bit more careful about blabbing whenever someone invites you somewhere. You can't just go telling everyone everything! Now Ruby is all upset because you couldn't keep a secret! 😁

Honestly, I think this opportunity is just absolutely incredible, if I do say so myself!

And that's really what made him grow? Wow.

I guess the big question for everyone else in this thread is probably how old that sister actually is.

Street fights: Action vs. reaction in Feedback & Suggestions ·

I don't know, man, I just thought I saw you say that in your post earlier. 😁

I’m just trying to make a simple point here: when two people get into a massive blowout fight, there are really, really few cases where anything other than splitting the points right down the middle would actually be fair.

I mean, 20 points, 30 points... what's the big deal? Why do we need to break out the precision lab scales and some super intricate, microscopic diagrams to figure that out?

It's not like it's hard to just stay out of it entirely so you don't end up losing even a single point.

Street fights: Action vs. reaction in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Nicholas King said:Ever since we were kids, there’s always been this huge question about who actually started it. Honestly, most parents teach their kids a rule I swear by: "never be the first one to swing, but always make sure they regret it." And even when you get into adult stuff—like actual legal battles or official disputes—it matters immensely who threw the first punch versus who was just provoked into a fight.

So, I guess it feels a little weird to me that when we discuss these things on this forum, everyone just ignores the whole dynamic of the fight. Instead, people just list out exactly what was said like some boring bureaucratic report and hand out points based on the words alone, without ever looking at who actually kicked off the mess in the first place. Just a quick heads-up though: I’m talking about those subtle arguments where insults are nuanced—not those crazy situations where someone gets a tiny slap and reacts by trying to bury their opponent under the foundation of a new house in a small town.

We all know which users here are a little too "quick on the trigger"...

If someone is "quick on the trigger," well, that’s their own damn problem.

So, I’m basically just waiting for those inevitable "that JohnDoe123 lets things slide and everything is falling apart" posts to start popping up any second now, I guess. 😁

😍
besides, in this part of the world, we've seen six different countries and twenty different currencies cycle through in the last 90 years......yet gold and silver still hold value for some kid down the street.....unlike those mighty banknotes that were once considered "precious," but now nobody even remembers their names...😉

Keep your eyes peeled—I literally just bought a new pair of glasses for this reason. 😁). And my gut tells me things are gonna get messy here too. When governments get backed into a corner, they act like cornered rats. They start making desperate, insane moves. Honestly, they're already doing it 😬
I'm not even gonna touch the whole paper money vs precious metals debate; you already know where I stand.
But the fate of precious metals in America, the European Union, the USA, AU, or Singapore? Now *that* is worth a real conversation. 😍

I'm quoting both posts because I honestly agree with pretty much everything said in both of them.

Especially that part about governments acting like rats. I mean, history is just full of examples of that happening during times like this; and if you ask me, we're seeing some pretty sketchy trends from our own Government right now...

He mentioned having a huge breakfast, a really solid lunch with plenty of meat or fish, and then just something light for dinner, like a salad or something.

I mean, let's be real, the guy isn't exactly just a fit person—he’s a top-tier, elite pro athlete😁

It honestly feels like these soccer players act like they're getting all their nutrition advice from Miles in interviews.
