Just one quick question for the group: have any of you ladies given birth at Mount Sinai? I’m dying to know—what was your experience like?
It’s honestly such a shame that we don’t have any more experimental or "alternative" birthing options here in the States—you know, like water births or even those specialized birthing stools. Everything seems to follow such a rigid, classic medical routine lately! I was reading about some holistic centers out West that offer much more natural setups, and it really makes me wonder why our standard hospitals haven't caught up with those trends yet. It feels like we're missing out on so many comfortable, intuitive ways to bring life into the world!

Yes, it’s a constant cycle of temporary fixes, involving mandatory breaks from using creams and gels just so I don't end up wrecking my adrenal glands
Honestly, everything is manageable—all those medications and such—but if it's at all possible, I'd much rather just tough out those skin patches for a bit. Unless things turn into an absolute disaster, I'm happy to just hold on and wait for some beautiful weather so I can finally escape to the coast and soak up the sun!

I’ve actually heard a few whispers about that one, though nothing truly substantial—and by substantial, I mean achieving at least six months of total peace without psoriasis flaring up all over my body—just like with any other medication out there. But hey, I suppose it'll do the trick when things get really intense!
