Lakonogi said:I could barely drag myself out of bed this morning, so I figured I’d check my blood pressure just to see if it was running low. The reading came back at 90/60, with a pulse of 67.

Is that, I guess, considered really low?

Yeah, you probably ought to do something about that.😕

Now, I’m certainly not out to drag them through the mud—the products are actually quite decent, I've used them myself—but if you're asking whether they are overpriced? Well, that's just an objective fact.👋

Well, there it is. I really did it this time. My blood pressure jumped from 160—which was likely just the result of a heavy meal and a few cigarettes—all the way up to 190 in less than ten minutes. I essentially gifted myself a rather intense panic attack. By the following morning, it had settled back down to 125/80, at which point I decided it was best to simply return that damn machine.

There is such a thing as a blood pressure cuff. They aren't expensive, and they actually work quite well; they can stabilize things in just a few minutes. 👍

You had these massive pharmaceutical giants scouring the earth for natural ingredients that were supposedly capable of boosting potency—things like rhino horns, specific lizard eggs paired with certain botanical extracts, you name it... and what did they ultimately end up with? Viagra.

I suppose one might wonder how that relates to my specific topic. I truly believe we shouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions or let biases cloud our judgment here.

In my estimation, they’re simply far too expensive, and frankly, their product line seems rather limited if you're looking at anything beyond basic weight loss. I suspect Kenneth Miller79 offers a much more diverse selection, and—if I'm being honest—at much more reasonable price points. 😉
How to gain weight? in Health ·
Maria Thomas9 said:To put it simply;

1. What does the term "gaining weight" actually entail?
Is it the creation of entirely new fat tissue (which is how we 😬 laypeople usually view it), or is it just the expansion of EXISTING cells?

2. I feel like I read something on a Latin-script site ages ago where some doctor explained that gaining weight essentially means that the cells—since their total number remains relatively constant—simply SWELL up rather than creating new ones.

3. If point #2 is accurate, then does that mean there are certain cells in the body that serve no purpose whatsoever... other than just storing fat deposits?😁

4. And if #3 is true (following the logical progression here, dear fellow forum members 😁), which cells are they and where exactly are they located?

The amount of toxins in the intercellular fluid increases.
