Think Funky Fish for the budget option, maybe Samsonite if you're feeling fancy. You might even find some Target or Walmart near the entrance stocking those neck pillows and travel wallets.

casualmaker32, I’m actually looking for some slippers myself. If you can remember, which specific Chinese market did you find them in? I’ve scoured all over Chicago, but the only ones I found in Chinatown were totally trashed—those cheap two-piece kind😢 I don't want to overspend. Looking for the absolute budget options.

I already asked on their specific thread, but this is urgent. Figured I'd have better luck getting a real answer here... thanks in advance.
If you want to buy in person, just become a distributor. I think they have a location over by the zoo.

I'm checking online to see where to order it... from where? Found a company out in 😁, but that feels a bit too far away. The closest option would be somewhere near Miami. Thanks.

I’m not from downtown Chicago, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a shop in the central area where I might find some metal or silver pendants—maybe little engraved plates—that I could get customized for my boyfriend. Also, does anyone have an idea of what the price range looks like for something like that? thanks for the help, cheers
Main Street is lined with jewelers. You'll definitely find someone there who can engrave silver for you. As for the prices? Who knows.
Is anyone actually surprised? It’s almost predictable at this point. kaže: Does anyone know where I can pick up these two items without breaking the bank?
Rubik's Cube.
Looking for some genuine Rubik's products? You can find them here: So you have a 3x3 cube? Riveting. What's the next big thrill, a game of checkers? $30Is this a math problem or a grocery list? Hard to tell with such riveting detail. $60
In case anyone else is hunting for black balloons (I needed them for work, but Halloween is creeping up...), I found a pack of 10 PAP STAR ones at Interspares for $3.00.
It’s usually just felt. You can find it at some fabric stores, but the cheapest way is through Joann Fabrics (depending on what size you need)—they sell pre-cut sheets (like A4 size for about $3.50 and $1.25) as well as by the yard. They have plenty of colors. 😉 I needed it for work, so I just bought it by the yard there. If you're in Chicago, maybe stop by or give them a call. 226 Main Street, 312-555-0199
Off-topic, but since we're talking about lazy staff who can't seem to fulfill basic orders... A friend and I ordered lemonades at a cafe in the Mall of America, and the waiter tells us—get this—"Sure, but you'll have to wait "15 to 30 minutes" because making lemonade takes that long."👎 If that’s actually true, isn't he embarrassed telling customers that right to their faces?😲 That's just a great way to drive people away. When he finally brought them over, they were watered down to nothing ( 😠 ). My friend offered to pay with a $17 bill, but he claimed he didn't have any change. Despite being surrounded by shops, he actually had the nerve to ask me if I had👎 It wasn't about the money. But when a customer offers to cover for her friend, how does he think it looks to turn around and ask *me* for change? He could have easily walked five feet to the shop next door to break a bill. It's just unprofessional.
