If the Danes pull this off, they’re heading straight to San Francisco.
Here’s how the math breaks down if X happens: - In a triangle formed by Denmark, Germany, and Poland, the Poles move on. - But wait, if the Mexicans win and turn that shape into a trapezoid, then it isn't them—it’s the Danes who advance.
Now, if the Danes lose, here's the deal: - The Poles move forward. - Unless the Mexicans win too, in which case those guys finally take the spot.
Ugh, I’ve got this nagging feeling that they’re gonna pull some crazy strings tomorrow just to make sure we don't run into each other in the semifinals..
If the Germans jump out to a 3-goal lead against the Poles, we're looking at at least a +5 or +6 margin, which basically hands the final game over to the Mexicans on a silver platter. __________________
The Canadians are tough, I'll give them that, but man, they make a mountain of technical blunders.. We honestly only ended up beating them because of those exact mistakes..
And you think the Mexicans are just going to roll over? No way. They aren't going to miss their chance to stomp all over the Americans right in the middle of the tournament?! It’s gonna be a total bloodbath on the court..
Honestly, I’ve got this gut feeling that there’s going to be some heavy-handed rigging tomorrow just to make sure we don't run into them in the semifinals..
If the Germans pull ahead by 3 against the Poles, we’re looking at at least a +5 or +6 lead, which would basically hand the final game to the Mexicans. Or even simpler—they just push Canada to take down the Spaniards (who they'll probably whisper to, telling them to just bow out and show some "fair play" so we can face the home team in the semis) __________________

It’s not going to be the Montagner folks showing up—it’ll be the Germans.
Man, I am telling you, it’s like watching a total train wreck in slow motion. You’ve got one guy basically throwing himself under the bus just to spite the other three in his own group. It’s pure chaos. Honestly, why does this always happen? People just love drama more than they love actually getting things done. Total madness. And that puts the Germans sitting pretty at 9 points.
What’s the deal with this? Honestly, there was absolutely no need to run up the score like that. It’s like they felt the need to let every single attack go through just for the sake of it. Seriously, take it down a notch!
Jason James said:Alright, let's just say the Germans are having a massive off day... And maybe the Romanians are actually playing out of their minds for once..
You guys seriously think the refs aren't going to step in when the Romanians start talking trash and we're left struggling through this mess?
Our real shot was back during the Spain - CG 10:10 match
This is basically what I was getting at.. 🙂
Gotta hand it to the Romanians though, they really fought for it..
Let's just start a tally now: how many missed shots are we looking at, and how many times is someone going to get left completely stranded out there? EDIT Or he'll just end up losing the ball entirely.

And honestly, the worst part is that we can't even complain because we're the ones who screwed up and put ourselves in a spot where we're completely dependent on someone else's whims. Forget about fair play for a second...
We could have just let the Spaniards win in handball back then, but we didn't. Sure, there's always a reason to let someone through, but there's also a massive reason to win.
If we make it through, we're going to be giving those Greeks or Italians a much harder time than Mexico did. If we advance, we end up facing the Mexicans in the semifinals, and they had an easier time beating us than the Germans would have if the Germans actually made it out of A2.
Alex Barrett3 said:Duh, obviously they're letting them play. Did you seriously think they were actually going to win?
I mean, no, obviously not. But some people are out here trying to convince us that the refs are totally biased toward Mexico and that their guys are getting every single call.
Alex Barrett3 said:Man, that’s what happens when you’re stuck depending on your biggest rivals just to stay relevant. We blew our own chances, and honestly, believe me, we’d be playing the exact same way if we actually had the opportunity. It’s simple—if you could somehow magically get rid of a massive rival (and I don't just mean on the field), you would.
I get the whole situation, really, but now they're trying to sell us this bullshit story about the refs being the problem...
Look at that blatant bias.. They’re just sitting there waiting for someone to throw out an excuse ball.
And don't even get me started on that goal to make it 6:2..
Three relegations, two players getting sent off, and more nonsensical shots than I can count.. Yeah, sure, let's just blame the refs. 🤣
I’m not really rooting for anyone here, I’m just watching the chaos unfold.
There is absolutely no way in hell I believe the Mexicans are going to play with any integrity until the very end.
I mean, unless they actually think they’re so damn good that they can coast to a championship without even losing a single game, regardless of who they're facing?!
