Ovaries: Cysts and related issues [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
If you're looking to do some actual healing work on your body, go ahead and do a little deep dive online regarding green clay. It’s killer for detoxing and wiping out cysts or any other weird growths—honestly, I’m pretty sure my cellulite has even shrunk because of it. You can pick up the food-grade stuff for oral use (I think they sell it in 1lb packs) and then grab the heavy-duty 6lb tubs for external stuff like masks or baths. Treat your body right, let go of all that resentment toward yourself and everyone else, and just pay attention to how you feel. (Seriously, do something nice for your body every single day. Whether it's a mindful shower, a high-end face mask, or just staring in the mirror and actually liking what you see... okay, that last one is probably the hardest part, but you gotta practice. The payoff is massive!)

Listen, don't get all worked up, but I've been down this road already.
I honestly don't buy into any of that... especially not after dealing with constant follicle tracking. Usually, you ovulate once per cycle, and if that egg fails, it's done. It doesn't just magically become fertile five days later because of a full moon or some other nonsense.
I tracked my own ovulation religiously and aimed right for the window, and nothing. We covered the entire cycle with sex and still came up empty. 🤷

Honestly, those of us who’ve checked off every single standard test should probably be looking into immunological issues instead. If anyone even wants to bother, since most of these problems get bypassed by IVF anyway. 🤷

I'm not saying every woman can just get pregnant whenever she wants; personally, I've only got five "good days" marked on my calendar this year that have absolutely nothing to do with the typical "fertile window." I'm not defending the method—I haven't tested it myself—but it makes total sense. Based on this theory, some women might have twelve good dates in a year, while others might have one, or none at all. And newsflash: ovulation DOESN'T HAVE TO happen mid-cycle; it CAN happen while you're actually bleeding. Plus, our bodies sync up with the universe's energy, not the other way around. My friend struggled to conceive for fifteen years, and then suddenly, she was pregnant, had her baby, and was pregnant again within six or seven months. Everything happens when it's meant to. No hard feelings here, haha. Good luck to you and all of us.

We’ve been at this for 18 months straight. We have gone through a mountain of testing—sperm counts, hormone panels, TORCH screenings, hysteroscopies, HSGs, endless follicle tracking, and perfectly timed timing... everything comes back totally normal, yet we’re still getting absolutely nothing.😢

I stumbled onto this guy online who does fertility analysis based on birth dates and times. Apparently, the whole "period vs. ovulation" ratio we were taught in school is total nonsense. To make a long story short, he explains why ovulation doesn't always happen on day 10, 16, or 17 after your period starts—and even covers those weird cases where you actually ovulate while on your period. It also explains why pregnancy calculators are wrong way more often than they should be. I spent four or five years trying to time everything perfectly between days 10 and 17, and absolutely nothing happened. So, I finally bit the bullet and bought this calendar to see if it actually works. According to his method, you might only have a few "good" fertile windows in an entire year, or maybe none at all, depending on whether the egg is actually viable for fertilization. I can't verify it for sure yet because my husband was away on a business trip all last month, but I’m definitely making sure we're ready for this upcoming window. I've read the skeptics' comments, but honestly? This might actually be the thing that works.
