Look, even though I'm a girl, I don't really do skirts or dresses much—it's always pants for me when I'm riding, so I honestly have no clue what it feels like to ride in a skirt. Never tried it. 😬
But from what I can tell, there shouldn't be any issues pedaling in one. I've got a few girlfriends who ride in skirts all the time. If you're on a women's frame, it's totally fine.

Yeah, it's a bummer that girls don't really cycle in dresses more often. 😍

Don't sweat it too much... everything manufactured has some level of tolerance. You're never going to find a bike where the wheels are 100% perfectly aligned. Obviously, with high-end gear, those tolerances are tighter.
When I picked up my Specialized Rockhopper last year, the front wheel sat visibly crooked in the fork (I actually posted about it back then). Dario Mešter had to tweak the fork mount a tiny bit just to get the wheel sitting somewhat normal so Mike could ride it—and hey, I even scored an extra discount 😁 out of it.
Since then, I've put about 1.6 miles miles on it and haven't had a single issue 🙂.

I know I’m probably gonna get roasted by the ladies here 😁..... but honestly? This whole back-and-forth is starting to feel like some neighborhood drama over a backyard fence 😍

So I tore a ligament in my finger, and the ER doc told me to use this plastic splint—had to drive halfway across town just to find one, and honestly, it’s kind of a rip-off for a tiny piece of plastic 😠

After a few days, I noticed the skin under the plastic was turning white. When I carefully took it off (mind you, they strictly warned me not to bend the finger for 5 weeks 😍) and swapped it for the standard splint from the hospital, the skin looked like this:


Anyone got some actual advice? Should I just toss this plastic thing in the trash, take it off occasionally to let the finger "breathe" (still not bending it, obviously 😁), maybe use some lotion, or just head back to the doctor? (Probably the smartest move, but man, remembering that waiting room 😢 makes me hesitate)

Also, no clue why I can't just upload photos here like I can in the cycling group, instead of having to post a link that nobody actually wants to click...
