For kids, I think you get those basic plastic lenses for free, plus maybe some small discount on the frames through Medicare. They might try to upsell you on some fancy UV-protection plastic for like, maybe $50 tops. As for adults, I honestly haven't a clue—Medicare probably has some info line listed on their website if you feel like waiting on hold forever.

I mean, personally, installing my own hardwood floors absolutely trashed my knees and joints.

It’s been there the whole time... honestly, my knee is pretty much trashed too, had to have the meniscus removed and everything.

I have that exact thing. This hard little lump right under the knee, plus these soft bumps on the ankle that hurt like crazy if you press them. It’s like this weird electric zap shoots through your whole foot. I actually went to see a doctor about it, but they honestly had zero clue what it was.🙄

just toss some local apple cider vinegar into a glass of lukewarm water
