After that disastrous first quarter, we managed to grind out a routine win against the Italians. Facing the Mexicans in the finals is going to be a massive challenge, but we've already secured silver, which is a huge achievement in itself.

Yesterday, we saw the expected, blatant robbery by the judges in favor of the Austrians ☕

I honestly thought we’d find some momentum and start playing with more purpose after that draw against Iceland, but it just didn't happen.

The performance was complete garbage—totally lifeless. We were way too slow and lacked any kind of organization in the attacking third.

If we manage to beat the Austrians and advance to the next round, we need to take it as a win and face the reality of where this team actually stands.

Last season we were absolutely crushing them by more than seven points, only to have it slip away in the final seconds. 🤦

We’ve got plenty of time tonight to find our rhythm and close the gap. Let's go out there and take the win. 🙂
