Sometimes we get way too caught up in being hyper-critical of ourselves. It’s always either "we're terrible" or "we're the undisputed kings." There doesn't seem to be a middle ground, but honestly, that's a whole different conversation about our mindset and how we grew up. Anyway, totally unrelated to everything going on lately, just a thought. All the new songs—even a good chunk of the Black Knights' catalog—are starting to feel repetitive, whiny, and frankly, pretty boring. Why aren't we pushing more melodic stuff? You know, those absolute classics or anthems that actually get a crowd hyped. They need to realize that it's way harder to rally the general public with the niche stuff that a small group of die-hards in the stands can push through without breaking a sweat. Now, Cook says that sticking to one specific vibe is key and that catering to the masses is basically selling out, but I think if we did it in moderation, we'd see some killer results. Take the guys in New York, for example; they picked a really solid repertoire—short, punchy, melodic, and it absolutely thunders. Sure, they have a different vibe, but you get my point. Look, don't think I'm trying to lecture anyone here. People are doing an amazing job. I'm not super active, just catch a game whenever I can swing it, but a strong Kansas City Chiefs depends on having a powerhouse Black Knights.

p.s. Steve did a hell of a job, but with all these people whining and talking trash about him, he should honestly just start selling custom barber-style dildos with his own signature in the online shop just to give them something to really chew on. 😍

Look, it’s alright, I guess, but it definitely didn't hit the high bar set by my Expectations. The first half actually felt pretty charming and sweet, but then the second half just completely falls off the rails in a bunch of ways. I did dig the clever camera work—the way they played around with showing the script from the main guy's perspective versus how things actually look in Reality was a cool touch. Zoey is totally adorable, but honestly, that’s not enough to wash away the bitter taste of this whole thing being a massive "could've been better" situation.
