Hey! I’ve got a Dell OptiPlex sitting here. I'm looking to play a few games here and there, maybe something like Euro Truck Simulator 2. I know this machine wasn't built for gaming, but right now, if I want to jump into Euro Truck Simulator 2, Mafia II, MotoGP, or F1, this is really all I have to work with. Here are the specs:
Pentium Dual Core 2.7 2GB DDR3 Some integrated graphics, looks like an x4500
That's about it. Would I actually notice a difference if I tossed in another 2GB of RAM and added an NVIDIA GeForce 210 1GB DDR3 low profile card?
So, I had surgery over 20 days ago. It was a bone graft from my hip down to my leg. My primary care physician cleared out all the necrotic tissue from the hip area, and they just removed the stitches on my leg during a checkup. But here’s the thing: I noticed one stitch at the hip site is starting to poke out quite a bit. I'm a little confused because this thread is blue, but the stitches I had on my hip were white. Could these be internal sutures working their way out, or is this something else that needs to be pulled?
How's this MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 performing with an overclock? Is it actually any good, and where does it sit compared to an HD series card or something else entirely?
So, I just noticed the top of my case is running pretty hot. I’m thinking about cutting out some space for fans—maybe two 120mm ones, or possibly three. What’s the best tool for the job? Could I get away with using a grinder to cut the opening? For the mesh, I was planning on hitting up Home Depot to grab a pre-made metal grill, spray it black, and then mount the fans onto it. Any thoughts?
Corsair is the real deal—pure quality and actual power, not some cheap junk meant for a $50. Would I really be an idiot if I paid $400 +/- for my own 450w unit?
