So, what would this actually imply? It should basically mean Away fans are allowed in the North, East, or West sections, but they aren't permitted to cheer for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

You've got politicians who would never dream of crossing the BBB, media outlets that are basically on the payroll, and then there's the police—huge fans of the BBB themselves—who go so far with the crackdowns that you can't even show up to a home game without being treated like a criminal, even if you don't have a single thing on your record.
Roughly a few hundred people are out there fighting this battle right now.
