Woo-hoo! 🙂

That sounds like it was just a placebo effect—everything suddenly felt wonderful and perfectly fine.
But please, don't give up hope—the medication will eventually kick in, you just have to stay the course. Give it some time.

I certainly believe you.

Brandon Lopez6 said:For some reason, they keep writing down that I take my Lamictal once a night, even though my doctor clearly prescribed two pills, and I’ve been on a two-pill dose since day one.
The first time it happened, I probably looked like a total weirdo when the pharmacist asked, "So, how do you take this?" I just nodded, and she goes, "One at night." I was just staring at her like 😲.
I'm super sensitive to any changes in my psych meds—it's something I always have to mentally brace myself for—so this really caught me off guard. But whatever, I'm still taking two exactly as prescribed, and if the people at the pharmacy want to write whatever they want on the label, that's on them 😳.

Well, tell me about it! 😁

Are you taking it both morning and night? You're likely on Lamictal, right?

It’s not even that I’m skipping doses—I take it every single day—but I have been coordinating my treatment plan directly with my psychiatrist. They actually prescribed my lithium at once a day, yet I've been taking it more frequently than that. That is why I am saying 😁

To give you some context, I experienced another rather unpleasant episode this evening...
I did take some Norvasc, though up until now, I have only used it on an as-needed basis during those particularly difficult moments.

Regarding this Luvox, the pharmacist wrote "1x1" on the box, which I understand to mean once a day.
However, I find myself wondering if this can also be taken occasionally when necessary, or if it absolutely must be part of a strict, daily regimen?

Sorry, I haven't been following your posts from the start, but if you're on Luvox, that means you saw a psychiatrist—so they prescribed a specific regimen, right?🤔
In that case, don't let the instructions scribbled by the pharmacy clerk dictate how you handle your meds.

Harold Anderson3 said:I feel pretty bad about heading out so early, but I was just completely wiped out. Honestly, I was so exhausted that I actually showed up an hour late to work yesterday. Luckily, my boss didn't give me any grief about it, but if you ask me, we should definitely aim for a Saturday next time.

I hope you managed to catch some Z's, because you were looking pretty exhausted. For a second there, I honestly thought you might drift off right in front of us 😁

I'd love to join you all—provided we're definitely set for Friday. Saturday is just a non-starter for me 😢

We could always go hiking—it’ll at least help us burn off those extra calories!😁

Hey everyone, how’s it going? It’s been a minute—I was wondering if I could just teleport myself over to this Sunday meetup? 😁
My therapist actually suggested I start getting out more and socializing—so here I am! 😁

I haven't been back on Generic for almost a month, but things have taken a bit of a downturn—so my doctor put me right back on it.
And honestly, I don't get it... am I dealing with side effects all over again?? Why does this always happen?
It’s nothing life-threatening, just some nagging headaches and nausea—but seriously, why????

Personally, I’ve just never been able to connect with Gwyneth Paltrow—it seems like every time I sit down for one of her movies, the performance is exactly the same.🤷 Perhaps I simply haven't picked out the right ones?☕
Early bird or night owl: when do you get your best ideas? in Psychology & Therapy ·
I've heard it said quite often that many iconic figures—think of the greats—did their most profound work under the cover of night. That’s when their imagination truly seems to take flight. Personally, I know several people who are total night owls—they might spend the hours painting or sketching while the rest of the world sleeps, only to crash from 7 to 10 PM before tackling their more "traditional" daytime responsibilities.

I’ve just been hiccuping all day long, and honestly, it's starting to wear me out.

I dealt with constant hiccups after being on Misar for about a week—but I managed to shake it off just like any other minor annoyance.

Is anyone else here taking lithium? I was wondering where one actually gets their serum lithium levels tested—do I need to head to a major hospital, or can a local community clinic handle it?

Wait, are you guys actually serious about there being a sequel coming?
White House Down (2013) in Movies ·
The movie would have landed much better if they hadn't included that girl—you know, the one who stays impossibly brave even with a gun to her head because of her intense sense of duty—while the President tells her he has to prioritize millions of others over her life instead.

Carl Castillo69 said:Here’s my actual take on this flick if you actually bother to use your brain for once:

God, I hate Hollywood.
1. Seriously, how the hell did they even land that plane there??????????????
2. CGI gets more pathetic with every single movie coming out.
3. One minute they're just cruising, the next they've totally taken over the White House and the bunker where the President is hiding—since when was it that easy to bypass the Secret Service? (Pro tip: look up SALT if you want to see how things actually work)
4. I bet the script looked exactly like this:
EXT. WHITE HOUSE - AFTERNOON
Bunch of charlie's penetrate The White house and there's nothing US Army, secret service or D.C. Police can do 🤣
Or better yet, right in the middle of the movie, the hero starts chatting up the villain and casually mentions he saved the President's son—total FACEPALM moment.
And don't even get me started on them having HYDRA 6. Like, where did they even get that? And then suddenly—bam—it's all "we'll explain later" (spoiler: they won't, they probably just picked it up at a flea market).

What else...

It feels like the director has some weird fetish for headshots; like 90% of the kills are just brains being splattered everywhere.

Also, that whole opening bit where the First Lady dies was completely pointless.🤷

But alright, bottom line: it's a solid action flick in the way I like 'em—zero thinking required, just pure chaos and explosions. If it were called Die Hard, it would fit perfectly...

Now I gotta go watch the other one...

This is the impression the movie left on me, even though I can't quite recall the specifics.🤣

I caught this movie today and I have to say—I really enjoyed it. I was looking for some solid action, and this definitely delivered.
In my opinion, it’s the perfect pick for a Saturday night when you just want to kick back and relax in front of the TV.
