The key to everything!

But did it ever actually look like anything worth reading?

"Once you add those two fines together, you're looking at more than $183. That's a massive hit to take, especially since the Los Angeles Dodgers are already struggling just to keep up with their day-to-day operating costs."

It's the same logic. There's no sense in reacting after the fact, especially when they were the ones who raised the question in the first place. 🤷

That’s exactly my point. Seriously. At least you’re admitting it, whereas most people will swear up and down they aren't like that.

Don't take this the wrong way, but honestly, I'm glad it's like this. At least I know I don't have anything in common with you guys... that would actually kill me. 😍

So, like I said before in a post that someone went ahead and deleted 🙂 who do you think you are anyway?

It wasn’t even this specific game where the Champions blew the title; they lost it a week earlier when they got crushed by Savannah at their home stadium. By the time our match kicked off at 3:00 PM, the guys from New York had already cruised to an easy win, so the whole point of this argument is basically moot.
Now, talking to those folks from Seattle, they keep making excuses about how we had massive numbers in attendance and were still holding onto hope... Look, guys, back then, maybe we hoped Savannah would actually give us a fight like they did the previous week (just like we thought Seattle might actually show up and do something at the stadium two weeks prior, but they just sat there getting tossed around without even drawing a single foul 😕).

One last question for the Navy:

Why didn't you just write "CHAMPIONS" at the end of your message right away?
It’s pretty obvious whose backside you're all trying to crawl into—the same people who robbed and screwed you over back in '99. You proved it with that sick celebration after Sherbiniev's second goal and how much you clearly didn't care about the rest of that meaningless game.
You can start using the spray right away, but honestly, it didn't do much for me. I've got it sitting right here...
I actually have a better trick involving making your own saline solution at home!

Anyway, did you end up tearing the muscle?
And just imagine the mental toll if things don't turn out the way you wanted your face to look.

It’s honestly more likely than not. I mean, anyone who wasn't thrilled with their appearance before surgery has a pretty good chance of finding something to complain about afterward. Even when the results are actually great, you still have to go through that weird phase of getting used to your new face.

Also, you really need to keep one major thing in mind: here in the States, people can still be incredibly judgmental about plastic surgery. They tend to associate it with reality TV stars or social media influencers. So, if you aren't part of that crowd, brace yourself for some pretty harsh comments.
Believe me, I'm speaking from experience. Even though I only went under the knife because of an accident, nobody gave me any credit for it.

So, when you really step back and look at the big picture, the actual physical pain isn't even the worst part.
Bryan Gomez27 said:Does that mean they don't actually have to break your nose if you have a hump? Like, can they just reshape it by sanding it down? And what does your nose look like now—is it straight?

Look, the nose gets reset or broken when there was already an old fracture that healed crooked.
But if nothing was ever broken and you just have bumps from whatever reason, they basically just shave the hump off with a scalpel. You can find Dr. Smith's procedures on YouTube if you want to see.

Also, that muscle right above your upper lip doesn't get cut. They just detach it from the nose so it stops pulling everything downward. Otherwise, you end up looking like a potato whenever you smile.🤣

And why couldn't he just get it right the first time?
They finally took my casts off yesterday, and honestly, I’m feeling pretty good about how things are looking...
The bridge is actually straight now. Everything is just super swollen and a bit distorted at the moment, so it’s too early to give a final verdict on the results.

Regarding the muscle shortening, my surgeon told me to take it easy and avoid any heavy lifting for now. I can't help but wonder if he made the right call, though. Apparently, the real effects of those adjustments don't even show up until you're much older and noses start to sag naturally. I still have this nagging feeling that we shouldn't have done it, but he keeps swearing it's better this way and that the tip will settle lower later on. 😕

The one thing that totally caught me off guard during this whole process was how people react when you tell them you got a rhinoplasty!!
Even within my own circle of friends and family, some people were blunt enough to tell me I was mentally unstable, claiming they couldn't see anything that actually needed fixing. Others clearly thought the same thing but didn't have the guts to say it to my face. So, from here on out, I'm just going to lie and say it was medically necessary...
My advice to anyone considering surgery is to keep this social aspect in mind, because it feels like American society isn't quite ready for these kinds of things yet. And if you're someone questioning your decision and trying to convince yourself everything is fine, please, just ignore the comments like: "What the hell were you thinking? Now it looks worse, you should've just given me the money instead!" 🙂
So, I was passing by earlier and ended up getting stuck trying to brush my teeth around those stitches on the inside of my lip...🙄 There was blood everywhere and it hurts like absolute hell!
I’m heading back there tomorrow and telling them to just redo the whole thing exactly how it was before... I really don't have six months to waste waiting for my nose to settle down from where it shouldn't have even been moved in the first place.
I'll let you guys know how it goes tomorrow!
Hey everyone,

It’s been 6 days since my surgery, which was done under local anesthesia.
The whole thing was purely aesthetic, really—just fixing some issues from getting hit in the face a few times back when I was a kid.

I’d honestly recommend local anesthesia to anyone. I’ve had two leg surgeries under local before, but this was on another level because I passed out instantly. All I remember is hearing the nurse shaking me and saying, "All done..."

So, the procedure itself was totally painless. But like everyone says, the real struggle starts once you get home. The swelling shot up hour by hour for the first two days, and there was this constant pressure, like someone was literally sitting on my face.
That feeling was even worse when breathing through my mouth. Usually, if I have a cold, breathing through my mouth is no big deal, but this was something else entirely.
I had to keep the packing in for just 24 hours, and during that time, bloody mucus was constantly dripping out of my nose, which definitely added to the "magic" of the experience.
Honestly, having the packing removed is a total walk in the park compared to a nasal swab. I seriously don't get why people claim that's the worst part of the whole process??!

Anyway, my biggest worry right now is that my nose looks lifted by at least 4mm. They told me that by cutting the muscle under my lip, it would only lift about 1-2mm, but I see people online saying it settles over time. I’m freaking out a bit that it won't, because the lower part of my nose was fine before, and now, looking from the front, I can literally see my nostrils.
Also, this splint is driving me insane. It’s itchy and tight, and I’ve already accidentally bumped it with my hand twice (can that mess anything up???). I am counting down the minutes until Tuesday when they take it off...

One last thing for anyone prepping for nose surgery: give your surgeon strict instructions on exactly how you want it to look. Don't leave them any room for "improvisation."
All I wanted was to smooth out the bumps, but he talked me into cutting that muscle because apparently, it prevents the nose from moving when you laugh or whatever. Plus, it lifts the nose by 1-2mm—which ended up being closer to 4mm for me. Not to mention, it only occurred to me later that if your nose doesn't move when you talk or smile, you end up looking fake... I seriously don't get their logic, and I have no idea why I even agreed to it.???
Oh well, if it doesn't settle down, I'll just tell them to sew the muscle back up... Is that even possible???😁

I’m a big fan of seeing a chiropractor, plus hitting yoga twice a week helps a ton too.

It’s actually pretty wild how much relief you can feel right in your upper spine after an adjustment...
