Can someone please upload the Head in vector format? (I'm talking about this)

So, I got hit with a mono diagnosis back on December 10th.
Here’s the lab work from Dec 10th:
S-AST, result: 238, ref interval: 11-38
S-ALT, result: 402, ref interval: 12-48
S-LD, result: 376, ref interval: 0-241
And then there's today's blood work results:
AST, result: 198, ref interval: 11-38
ALT, result: 421, ref interval: 12-48
GGT, result: 30, ref interval: 11-55
Honestly, I'm freaking out a bit because even though I've been resting like crazy and watching my diet, my ALT actually went up compared to those Dec 10th numbers.
Should I be seriously worried here?
I've got a follow-up appointment tomorrow at the infectious disease clinic, but this spike is messing with my head so I wanted to get some input before I actually see the doctor.
I'm 24.

I haven't actually sat down to watch the movie yet, but Google keeps throwing this up at me:
"Can somebody write to me the poems that are told on this movie firstly by Charlotte and then by Will when she is in the hospital bed?"
The answer:

It's a very touching movie, specially with these type of poems. That's probably why i watched in only once, and now again. You know what I mean!"

Look, like I said—I haven't seen the flick, so I have zero clue if these are even the actual scenes from the movie or if someone's just tripping. If I'm totally off base here, I'll let the moderator delete this. 🙂
