Exercise, exercise, and more exercise. Ever since I started training regularly, my immune system has leveled up, I’m sleeping like a baby, and I just feel great overall. A little insomnia here and there is par for the course, and if you overdo it physically, muscle stiffness and bone aches can definitely kick in. Last time I moved apartments, I pushed myself so hard I was feeling the burnout for three whole weeks.
I dealt with some ovarian pain myself once, only to find out I had a cyst. Luckily, it was just a simple fluid-filled one that ended up rupturing on its own, though there are definitely the types you actually have to go under the knife for. My OB-GYN mentioned back then that these water cysts are super common—most women don't even realize they’re there unless one pops during their period. They aren't usually dangerous, so maybe that's what's going on with you? Either way, you should probably check in with your doctor just to be safe.
Dealing with allergies is the worst, so if you're struggling too, I’d honestly suggest looking into calcium supplements—I've been taking a specific brand, three tablets a day. I started last year and haven't stopped because, honestly, I feel so much better now.
