Because that rush is insane, damn it—it’s just the truth.
Some people might be able to resist that feeling, but most? Not a chance.

Exactly. And honestly, that’s the whole reason I don't want to touch the stuff. I'm pretty sure I'd get hooked.

I'm with you on everything else you said, though.
You gotta practice moderation and actually know how to pull yourself back.👍

So, a buddy of mine flew in from Mexico a few days ago with some total garbage, and I ended up losing my cool and drawing a hard line in the sand. Looking back, I realized I probably shouldn't have gone off like that... but one day I just walked up to him and told him straight, "Man, I totally caught you slipping with that crap."😬

So, I was sitting there, mid-session, crushing lines on my nose, when my buddy—rest his soul—heads out to grab some blow. He comes back a few minutes later, looking all proud, only to hand me this literal hunk of Play-Doh. Total joke.😁

Are you kidding me? What am I even supposed to do with that? I’m not about to have some freaking stroke over this... honestly, screw it. Go ahead and try to pick up a damn gun at a CVS if you think that's gonna help!😬

And just like that, it’s all going downhill. Honestly, I’ve been riding a high from nothing but pure chaos since '93.

So I ditched the needles and switched over to smoking heroin—basically chasing that dragon and throwing in an occasional shot just to catch a quick flash.😁

I can't stand pulling stuff on my nose. It honestly makes me want to gag.🤮

I’m out here shaving here and there, mostly just to kill the speed when I'm flying, or sometimes just for the hell of it because I miss the good old days.😳

Talk about an insane career path. Seriously.😁
Look, the bottom line is this: you've gotta keep that thing under control. Period.

I gotta be honest, I’ve never touched horse tranquilizers, and I have zero intention of starting. I get hooked on bad habits way too easily. Honestly? I'm terrified that if I tried it, I'd actually like it too much.

Anyway, were you actually out of the game for seven years?
Were you a total junkie or just hitting it hard when you came down?
Or was it more like a weekend warrior kind of thing?

Thanks for nothing. But hey, you're just talking about your own experience, while Uma is out there dealing with the actual reality.🙏

First off, huge congrats on making the call and actually crushing your goals! 👍

I honestly think your skin will tighten up on its own eventually. But, if you want to give it a little nudge, grab some body lotions—CeraVe is usually the go-to, you can find it at any CVS or Walgreens.

I’ve also heard from women who dealt with the same thing after having babies or dropping weight that 'body wrapping' actually works. Maybe check out a local spa and see what they offer.

This is solid advice right here. Also, I'm pretty sure Vitamin E helps with skin elasticity (correct me if I'm wrong).

Just stay patient and keep hitting the gym. Filling out with muscle is basically like natural filler for your skin—it really helps.👍

If she’d actually given it a taste first, she’d know better.😵
Does acupuncture actually work? in Health ·
Honestly, I don't even know what to believe anymore.
My brother was dealing with some nasty circulation issues in his legs, and this stuff actually worked for him.
Then I had a buddy who was struggling with facial paralysis, and it helped him out too.

I've been hitting the weights for over 3 years now and man, I feel
absolutely killer... just start working out and pick up a sport already.

I'm right there with you. Nothing—and I mean nothing—can replace staying active. If you don't move, things are only gonna get worse as you get older. Look, I get it, finding the time and the motivation to hit the gym is a massive pain, but you seriously have to try.

Honestly, this sounds more like what happens when you spend way too much time glued to a desk.
Lactic acid usually builds up in your muscles after you crush it at the gym, which is totally normal and actually helps you get those gains (you know, that classic muscle soreness everyone talks about). If the pain hit you right after a workout, don't sweat it—just grab some Advil if it’s really bothering you. But if this ache has been hanging around forever and you haven't even stepped foot in a gym, it's probably because you're sitting poorly for hours on end. Seriously, go buy yourself a decent ergonomic office chair.
