Ugh... I’ve actually dealt with those kinds of halls before... it’s definitely not a pleasant experience. 🙂🙂🙂
But moving past that... I’m pretty much always up for hanging out. 😍

That's it?? I want it right now! 😍

Everyone there is such a likable group in their own unique way, and I am just truly, deeply glad that we all managed to hit it off... you know, like genuine, decent people do.🤣

It would be a real shame if we didn't do this all over again...😁

yeeeeessss!!! The sooner we get it back on the calendar, the better!!!!!!😍

That place was absolute heaven!!! I’d go back in a heartbeat!!! 🙂
If only we didn't have to deal with that miserable rain and freezing weather... 😠

Give me a break! 😂😂😂😂
We'll see pretty quickly who has the most biased and confused perspective, and we'll know immediately that they're one of ours!🤣🤣🤣

I’ve attended a few gatherings here in the States, and honestly? It was... unsettling.

First off, the noise! It was just constant, unrelenting racket. I could barely hear my own thoughts, let alone anyone else. How is anyone supposed to connect like that?

And those name tags pinned right over the heart 😁... I mean, seriously, who actually requested that? It certainly wasn't mandatory,

but still. You end up meeting a whole crowd of people without having the slightest clue who they are. What a mess... ☕

Exactly... that's just it... 😲
But look... Alex and I are planning on showing up together. I’ll be the one with red hair... as for her, I'm not entirely sure what her current vibe is. 😂😂😂😂
How are we supposed to identify anyone? 😁 Should I show up wearing a literal badge or something? 😂

If we all dress the same way, won't it just make it obvious to everyone else that something is off?

mistycrane96 said:Honestly, I’d probably just hang out on the sidelines since I don't really know anyone here. Plus, I'm a bit of an introvert, so 😲. I mostly just lurk and read what you guys have to say. The only time I actually showed up to anything was at those meetups organized by the USA subforum—and even then, it was just once, and I brought my better half along. 😉

Oh, come on, just show up... I don't see any reason why someone who actually wants to hang out shouldn't. I hope everyone else feels the same way!! 😍
By the way, your signature is absolutely killer! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

P.S. I wouldn't dare show up to a USA meetup... let's just say... from everything I've heard, you practically have to wear your username on your shirt... and I can already imagine the stares... "Oh, look, it's that person from Psychic"... "Let's move away... she might be contagious." I'm not trying to generalize, but I have a feeling that's exactly how it would go down. That said, I'm always down to hang out with my own kind!

Eric Mitchell55 said:Hmm, since we’re expecting a pretty decent turnout, and there's a good chance we might get rained out, what's the backup plan? Should we have a rain check or somewhere else to head?

We'll figure out a way... honestly, we should just put it to a vote! haha 😂😂😂

@ ghost - getting used to things happens fast, then the socializing follows right after.😍

Chris Robinson25 said:I’m always in NYC at the worst possible times. 😬 I always end up missing out on things by just a few days. 😢

Ah, that’s a shame. Hopefully we can make another meetup happen and you'll actually be able to swing it next time.

Why the sudden disappearing act? 😕

Kevin Nguyen3 said:To be perfectly honest? Yes, I did.🙄

There are plenty of people around, but fine... I’ll just clench my teeth and hope for the best..😁

Just make sure you show up. It feels like everyone is going to be shoving their way through... we might actually have to sprint from Central Park to find a restroom! 🤣🤣 🙂
And imagine that—everyone doing it in perfect corporate unison. Thank God for wristbands! 😂😂

Just please tell me you didn't actually go and crap yourself right now. 😂😂😂😂

Eric Mitchell55 said:I just grabbed my ticket. The schedule for the kitchen service is looking a little bit sparse, but honestly, I don't mind—I'll just hang out and wait for 3 or 4 hours. 🤣

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. 🎉🙂
Do you want me to head to the main station earlier? Just making sure you aren't showing up solo.

Eric Mitchell55 said:By the way, can someone just tell me where we’re meeting up at Central Park? I really don't feel like scrolling through this whole thread to find it. 😁

Let's just meet by that weird gadget that measures everything living! 😍

I'm actually pretty glad there's going to be a good turnout... it'll be nice to finally socialize a bit in real life.
Everyone's such a tough guy behind a keyboard... 🥳

Eric Mitchell55 said:Honestly, speaking of which, I’m practically drooling from my Lexapro and I keep stuttering when I talk—I feel super sluggish and just generally slowed down, you know?

So yeah, things really couldn't get much worse than they are with me. 🥳

We drifted a little off topic there... let's hope we don't get in trouble for it. Anyway, catch you guys later! 😍

I'm about to lose my mind! 😁

Go ahead then! Do it out of spite and prove to us you actually can! 🙂
Besides, most of us are already high or on some kind of prescription therapy anyway... so, honestly... there's nothing left to fear! 🙂

Hell yeah! Mad Pride is coming! 🙂

Oh... sure, you could show up, you're just scared! Isn't that right??? Come on man... at least we all have each other's backs... 🤷
Yeah, pride! We're gonna march right down to the plaza in a silent protest—just take us as we are! 🙂

Steven Lopez77 said:Goodness, seeing how many people have joined the fray—well over ten now—actually gives me a bit of a nervous knot in my stomach. I really didn't sign up for this kind of attention! 😢

No sense crying about it now... half of them will probably flake at the very last minute anyway... 😬 Don't worry, we aren't going to pack Madison Square Garden like that. 🙂

And just like that, the Silver Bear is heading our way! 😁😍
