You're going to blow through dozens of dollars! ;-) Aside from North Korea or maybe Canada, you might see an upset from Argentina, Ukraine, or Egypt... purely because they aren't complete bottom-feeders, and if they happen to have a lucky day, they could pull one off. But honestly, the odds are slim, especially considering who they're up against: the World Champions, the European Champions, and the Americans! :-)
