Samsung T260HD issues? in Computer Peripherals ·
Jesse Kern4 said:Did you make sure the settings are actually looking for a signal via the antenna?

I ran into a similar headache myself; the tuner was stubbornly hunting only for HD channels, so I had to go into the menu and tell it to scan for analog signals over UHF instead.

Well, there's no use fighting it...

1. Which monitor model are you using?
2. Have you double-checked to make sure you're actually getting an HD signal in the first place?
3. What kind of antenna is this all hooked up to?
Anex A vs. Anex B in Computer Peripherals ·
Ronald Barrett55 said:I'm trying to figure out a compatibility issue. I just picked up an Anex B router to supplement my existing wired ADSL setup, which uses an Anex A model, mainly because I wanted to get some wireless connectivity going. However, I hit a bit of a snag while trying to connect the DSL cable; the old Anex A unit used a 4-wire setup, but this new Anex B one expects 8 wires. Does anyone know how I can bridge that gap?

Honestly, your best bet might be heading back to the store where you bought the hardware and seeing if you can swap it out for an Anex A model instead. If you're using something like a Siemens SX768, I believe those units are flexible enough to handle both types without much fuss.
Who are you using for your internet service—maybe Comcast or AT&T? And could you let me know the specific model numbers for both routers you're working with?
Anyone used Sweex wireless mice? Any thoughts? in Computer Peripherals ·

I tried digging around online for some honest reviews, but it’s like searching for a needle in a haystack—there’s just nothing out there...

I used to rely on a wired setup, and honestly, considering what I paid, I was pretty happy with it. But if you're already leaning toward going wireless, you might want to take a closer look at brands like Logitech or Microsoft. For around $150, $20 you can pick up a solid wireless laser mouse with eight programmable buttons.
