Hey Pipi, I was on Triquilar too and my libido totally tanked. Weight and appetite were fine, but the low drive and those wild mood swings after three years on the pills were just brutal. But honestly, I stopped anyway because we’re trying for a baby, so I didn't even bother switching to something else.
Seriously though, just tell your OBGYN about the libido thing—I don't see why they wouldn't switch you to something else. It's still a side effect, even if it isn't super obvious to everyone else!
It’s way easier if you just remember—your first pill is always on day one. Don't even bother counting when you took the last one, it just makes things harder 😬
So basically, if you get your period on Monday and take that first pill, your first dose is always on Monday 😁

She actually had cycles roughly every 30 days, though they definitely existed. It was pretty rare for her to skip one! I was on Duphaston for 10 days, then stopped and waited for my period. If you take Dodega, it’s the same deal—you stop and wait.
Her first cycle was 60 days, the second was 50, so she ended up getting Duphaston from day 16 to 25. She also had some tiny cysts showing up on her last ultrasound.

Naturella is my absolute go-to. I know some people can't stand that extra scent, but honestly, I don't even notice it. For me, it's all about how thin and comfy they feel!
The Always Natural ones are decent too, just a little too bulky for my liking.

A year or two ago, the same thing happened where they switched the Triquilar prescription from annual to every six months. It’s totally possible they aren't even allowed to give out the yearly ones anymore!🤷

Anyway, he mentioned that pills were originally designed just to regulate cycles, and they only realized later how great they worked for contraception... honestly, such a clever way to put it!
