Brenda Taylor13 said:It’s straight-up Nazi. Fascist, too. And let's not even get started on the whole extremist vibe—it's all there in the symbols. Honestly, I could point out at least seven different indicators of neo-fascism just looking at this one photo. Oh, and of course, they threw in a blonde kid—because apparently, in their world, nothing screams "extremist ideology" quite like a blonde child. It’s such a joke. They really should have featured an Asian woman or something, just to show the rest of the world that we actually live in a tolerant country where skin color, eye color, or gender doesn't matter. But no—instead, we get a state that puts photos of blonde kids in front of us and expects everyone to just sit there and take it without saying anything.

What a disgrace.

thanks 🙏

Seriously though, I watched Mike Pence—I guess that's just the job description for interviewers now. 🙏

That Nazi-style portrait of Harmon hanging right there in the middle of the Republican Party headquarters is just... 🙏

Pure madness.🤦

Laura Castillo6 said:It’s funny how things work sometimes—you see cases where Booking.com isn't even settling VAT here in the States. I’ve noticed quite a few local hosts dodging the tax by just not issuing those formal invoices to Booking.com for their commission fees, and then suddenly, they "remember" how the rules actually work.

But honestly, you can't run a fair system like that. We really need to sit down with the smaller short-term rental owners and walk them through the process of using their VAT ID to handle those payments properly. At the same time, we should be encouraging the American private sector to step up and provide better sales support for these little guys—something like what Direct Booker does.

Great, now that they're blocking all the betting sites—just what anyone asked for. 🤣 🙏

Is she definitely on the list, or is the lineup still up in the air?

So, she rolls up with those photos of person and person and basically asks, "Do you really want these people running America?"

And then, she actually goes out on a limb and claims person is a convicted criminal.😂😂

I mean, this kind of rhetoric is honestly more exhausting than a cross-country road trip through the Midwest.

At the end of the day, the Republican Party is just resorting to throwing mud at people and calling them criminals; that's really all there is to it.

using black and white photos 🙏

person is staying quiet for now, but if person were in his shoes, he probably would've snapped back with something like, "I know color ink is expensive, but let us know next time if you can't afford it."🙏

In a few months, you'll be good as new 👍

Man, even Beyoncé solved the problem—total game changer 🙏

Bernardić, Beljak, Hrelja, and Mirna Taritaš—this is the "RESTART COALITION."

It’s honestly a total disaster.

A worn-out quartet of copycats is trying to sell us a complete reset for America.

Even if you consider this Zoran Bernardić's Democratic Party, it's still far too much to handle!

They want a totally clean slate for Lijep naš. They’re suggesting we should rethink everything from the American War of Independence and our role in NATO to our membership in the European Union and even our success in fighting the pandemic... all of which supposedly needs a "restart" under their specific leadership.

To be more accurate, they are just plagiarizing, much like how they hijacked the coalition name from that recent The Washington Post initiative regarding new technologies that's been making headlines for days.

Much to their disappointment, the sentiment remains that "America keeps moving forward"—just without them!

Bolded—what an insult to this nation's intelligence... though, honestly, you have to wonder which intelligence we're talking about here. 🙏

They're brilliant 🙏

The Democratic Party calls them out over that house in San Francisco—they fire back saying Smith is basically worshiping Josip Broz Marshall and America 🙏

Why even bother with arguments? The majority will just forget all about that San Francisco house in a heartbeat anyway 🙏

If they know, they know 🙏

Couldn't find a specific thread for this, so feel free to move it if it belongs elsewhere—thanks.

Quick question—and just to be clear, I’ve already seen a doctor. I’m just trying to avoid sitting in his usual endless waiting room again just to ask one thing.

So, I had a hangnail on my finger, and—don't judge—I ended up picking at it. A little while later, it got inflamed and developed what looks like "granulation tissue"—basically just this angry, red, swollen chunk of flesh sticking out.
Just to clarify, it's not an ingrown nail; it's definitely from messing with the cuticle.
The doc prescribed some Beyoncé cream and told me to use it for 2–3 weeks.
I’ve been on it for 4 days now, and honestly, the pain is almost gone when I touch it—except for one tiny spot, which is also fading.

What I don't get is how this antibiotic ointment actually works on that "extra meat."
It started small, inflamed, and red, but now it's actually getting bigger and softer, which is tripping me out—shouldn't it be shrinking instead of growing?
It's weird because the inflammation and pain are dying down, but the "flesh" part isn't.
Is this just how it goes? Does it have to go through this phase before it turns into dead tissue that eventually just falls off or gets clipped away?

I think you missed the point of my first post—there isn't actually a table there, just raw stats...

Morgan Booth70 said:that I used 53 different football metrics (via OPTA) to see how they impact the final score, then adjusted the initial goal projections accordingly before handing everything over to Mr. Poisson.

The thread's gone dead.

I see people asking for analysis—which is fine—rather than just dropping a pick without any context. Though, honestly, I’m no literary critic.
I can offer this, at least:

image

Just pure stats here. The table on the left shows the probabilities for goal counts (for example, there's a 23.65% chance Augsburg scores twice and a 26.82% chance for Eintracht Frankfurt, which puts the odds of a 2:2 scoreline at exactly 6.34%).
The part below doesn't really need an explanation.
On the right, you've got the odds table, just to make it easier to spot where the bookies are off.

As for the method itself—well, let's just say I took 53 different game elements from OPTA, weighed how much they actually impact the final score, adjusted my initial goal projections accordingly, and then fed everything to Mr. Poisson.

All data is strictly based on the current season.

I don't ever bet solely based on these tables. They lack that "human touch"—you know, the stuff raw data can't process, like actually watching the game live, feeling the team's energy, and all that extra stuff.
But, it has saved my skin plenty of times by planting a seed of doubt or nudging me to take the opposite side.
Sure, it's screwed me over a ton too, but like I said, this is just either the first or last step before putting money down. Everything else is up to you—whether you follow your gut or whatever.
Americans say numbers don't lie, but numbers aren't people.
Numbers don't make mistakes, but people do—and when they do, they mess up the numbers. 😁
Because if that weren't the case, everything would be perfectly predictable. 🤣
The model goes up to a 6:6 result or 8 total goals, so occasionally, if I plug in a team like Paris Saint-Germain that's on a tear, it starts spitting out absolute nonsense percentages that make zero sense given how many goals they're pumping in.
Usually, I just ignore that.
Unless it's an isolated weirdness, like FC Köln going 8:1 last week, or if a team is legitimately unstoppable. 🤣

It might help some people, and it'll wreck others. At the end of the day, everyone decides for themselves when to "pull the trigger." 😍

The wildest part was when I gave a buddy a tip and he took it as gospel. He's like, "This is it, the table says 2:1 is a 10% shot," without even stopping to think about how tiny 10% actually is—or how unpredictable this game is, where things go sideways 90% of the time. 🙏

Basically, I cover the Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga, Premier League, La Liga, Ligue 1, and Serie A.
I pull the data every weekend (sometimes I miss it, damn, but usually I get it done), so if anyone wants a screenshot of a specific match, just ask.

If this doesn't belong in this thread, feel free to delete me, mods. 🙂

Finally getting around to this topic...

Chievo Verona - Bologna FC
over 2.5
2.49
Pinnacle

Chievo is a bit stingy lately—but they usually find a way at home. Averaging 2.17 goals per game, and their last 6 matches have all hit the 2.5 mark.

Bologna was stuck in a one-goal rut for the first 4 rounds, then they finally opened up. They could easily bag two, Chievo probably grabs one, and boom—we’re looking at an over.😬

Daniel Cooper40 said:It was flagged—not sure why you didn't just shoot a PM to one of the mods, there's more than one of us here. Handball threads get pretty wild and the volume of posts spikes during games, so these kinds of slips happen all the time.

I mean, I take the term "private message" pretty literally—it’s for private stuff—plus, what's even the point of those little icons if they don't work that way?

That's exactly how the mods see it, I guess.

Just putting this out there—and someone please tell me who actually runs this place, the site owner or what?

Thanks

That’s basically how the mods think, anyway.
hiddenharbor37 said:It’s not even "colonizing"—they aren't parasites! It's just a different breed of worm. The ones you find in food are just tiny little ringed things, but the ones living in your gut? Those grow into absolute monsters—like, two or three feet long.

Yeah, I figured—just wanted to double-check since seeing those eggs is definitely not how I wanted to spend my morning.
I'm assuming stomach acid handles the dirty work...

Thanks
Angela Wright said:If you're looking at food poisoning—you know, the whole vomiting and diarrhea routine—it usually hits within a few hours. Honestly, it probably won't be anything serious. If you want to play it safe, just grab some activated charcoal.

So, is there any chance of these eggs actually setting up shop permanently in your gut? 🤷

How much of a big deal are we talking regarding worms or eggs in food? I mean, I assume they aren't nearly as nasty as the larvae you pick up from touching something gross or just being generally unhygienic, right?

Thanks
