We already told you. Just grab some 500cc syringes, fill them to the brim with heroin, and jam them straight into your heart. I heard it works wonders.🤣

Oh, sure, just grab about half a kilo of heroin and eat it with a spoon.

wearygardener13 said:Honestly, local video rental spots actually have a decent selection of classics. You'd be surprised.

🤣

If I only knew which ones and where to find them.
And even if I did, I probably couldn't rent them anyway. If I remember correctly, after five years, you lose the right to keep the movies.
Try finding me Vanishing Point at a rental shop—could be the 1971 original, could be the '98 remake. Doesn't matter.
Not a single one exists.

Blasphemy?🤣
The Video Cross selection doesn't carry anything older than five years unless it’s some recent release. So sure, they might have Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, but only because it just hit theaters.
If you want something else, just hop online and download it.
2001: A Space Odyssey and Pink Floyd in Movies ·
Tyler Sanchez said:Look, the reality is that the Odyssey took four years to make, and everyone in the London art scene back then knew exactly what Kubrick and Clarke were up to. Apparently, through Antonio Waters, he even met some studio bigwigs while trying to land the gig scoring the Odyssey, but Kubrick wasn't feeling the rock vibe for his film, so he went with Gregory Light instead. Floyd's biography claims that Echoes from Meddle is actually personal
revenge against Kubrick, since it clocks in at about 23 minutes—just like the final chapter of the Odyssey.

It’s got those sections that mirror David Bowman's journey.
Man, I think I'm gonna have to dust off my CD player and DVD player and run them both at once.

This is the FIRST time I've heard this stated OFFICIALLY. Up until now, it's all just been Floyd fans speculating. So, I gotta wonder: is this an actual statement from the band members themselves, or did some journalist just cook this up?
Richard Lewis16 said:China basically dominates the lightbulb market because they’ve got these massive factories churning them out for dozens of different brands at once...
it drives the costs way down, so honestly, you might as well just grab what works instead of obsessing over buying "Made in America" everything.

Where on earth are you getting your info?
Nathan Anderson44 said:I actually reached out to them via email about a year ago because I was really interested in getting a look at their production process—not to get too deep into my personal life, but I work over at the University. A few days later, I get this reply telling me they haven't actually been manufacturing anything for several years now!
I've always made it a point to support American companies whenever I can, though.

Then how the hell do they have stock in stores?
I think you might have missed something here:
I mean, I always look for them first. Every single time. Even with all those GE products flooding the shelves, I’m sticking with our brands. Why wouldn't I? The price is basically identical anyway.
Let me double-check... yeah, you can still find them in stores in Indianapolis and Columbus.

Watched this movie yesterday, and honestly? I haven't seen such a massive, big-budget pile of garbage in a long time.

Better how? On price, for sure.😁
