Free Stoker! in Feedback & Suggestions ·
The election is already well underway, yet one of my candidates is still stuck rotting in your moderation queue. His supporters are being cheated out of their say by this whole situation.
We’re doing everything in our power to ensure there isn't a single hiccup or irregularity during this election cycle.
I'm hoping you guys will step up and contribute to these perfectly democratic proceedings by actually doing something (lifting the ban) for our esteemed candidate—stoker!👍

California gets nothing from this Republican government, yet they receive the most...

In my view, this is the final straw. It is high time that the most prosperous and developed region of America is allowed to thrive on its own merits. We need a hospital in San Francisco we can actually be proud of, along with a proper university...

We are twenty years ahead of the rest of America, and I see no reason why we should be held back...

If California were a carriage, it would be twenty years behind the rest of the country!
California Autonomy, Dalmatian Autonomy... where do you people even come up with this stuff?👎

The reality is, there are fewer of us old-school locals left, but we’re still here...
As for the frauds—take my neighbor, for instance. He joined the Thunder back in '92, spent maybe a hundred days out in the field, only to burn through 250 days of sick leave. He wasn't even part of any major operations. Since '95, he's been retired on a PTSD diagnosis with a veteran's pension totaling a few thousand bucks. Then there's another guy who was mobilized for two weeks in '92 but pulled out because his brother was deployed at the exact same time—which, back then, was a pretty common way to get off the hook. Now, he's living on disability. ☕

What are you even talking about?
What biases? And where did this "urbanite" talk come from?
Stop trying to pick a fight for no reason.☕

Exactly. That was phased out a few years back.
I fail to understand why some people prefer to shout about things before bothering to check the facts.🤷
Though, in my hometown, there was some sort of local veteran assistance active just a few months ago.

Right. And naturally, the very first thing this guy does upon joining the forum is start a thread about "fake patriots."🤦

Communism was the brightest thing that ever happened to us last century. You don't even have a clue where we were back then or where we'd be now if people like you hadn't started killing each other...

You don't give a damn that kids—myself included—lost their childhoods... you don't care that we fell forty years behind, or that there's no money for a decent life today... all you care about is celebrating nationalism and acting superior to everyone else....

DEATH TO FASCISM
FREEDOM FOR THE PEOPLE

The topic is about the era for Americans, not Canada, and as far as I'm concerned, America has moved forward, not backward, since the collapse of the old regime.
And yeah, we're proud to celebrate Independence Day and Statehood Day.
You think you lost your childhood, but I didn't lose my youth—I spent it building the Republic of America. And honestly, it would take another lifetime to protect what we built. We're just lucky we won't have to go through that again. I really hope so.
