Old thread, but I have a question. Can I go to a bank where I used to have a business relationship and file a request for the protection of my personal data and information regarding that business account? Basically, can I demand they scrub me from their system, stop sending any data to the new reporting systems, or even try to retract info they already sent by citing GDPR?

They’re gonna hit me with a 7-month overdraft on my account for about $500.. I’m honestly stunned. My paycheck hasn't budged in 6 months, even though I actually pulled in more during two of those months... Does anyone actually know how they calculate these negatives or what specific factors trigger an overdraft on a checking account? Can I just walk into the branch and beg them to revert it back to the old way? Because right now, I've got zero wiggle room to pay this back.

The bank is only going to come after the primary account holder. Did the main user actually sign off on adding extra people to the account? Because if they did, they're stuck footing the bill for the whole thing...

Between my autopay, some cash payments, and the times I fall behind, I’m not about to get hit with a massive $500 bill all at once. They can take that idea and shove it. Honestly, just put all the statements in one envelope and mail it out—keep it simple and leave me alone...
