Hey there,

So about a month ago, I checked my blood pressure for the first time and it was sitting around 150/100, which was weird because my pulse is usually pretty low, like under 50. On May 1st, I actually woke up feeling this sharp pain in the back of my head, and when I checked my numbers, my BP had spiked to 170/115 with a pulse of 55. I grabbed some aspirin and some over-the-counter stuff to help with the discomfort, and then popped into a local CVS about half an hour later to get a re-check, where it was still high at 150/110. Right after that, I headed straight to the hospital to get everything looked at. I’m only 25, and even though I work a standard 9-to-5 office job, I’ve been getting back into handball lately. Following my primary doctor's advice, I saw a cardiologist on May 9th, 2015, who ran an EKG, a physical, and an echocardiogram. He told me I have borderline left ventricular hypertrophy and basically said I need to cut back on the fats and salt in my diet. My life is pretty fast-paced—I'm constantly commuting between two different cities—and I still go out and grab drinks every other weekend, though I try to balance it all out by hiking, eating better, and staying active. I’ve been monitoring my blood pressure, and it usually hovers around 135/90 with that low heart rate, but sometimes it just spikes out of nowhere before settling back down.
I was hoping maybe someone here could take a look at these results and give me a second opinion, because honestly, this whole thing has really freaked me out, especially since I'm still relatively "young," if you can even call it that these days.

Is there some specific reason why they saved that massive flare show for the very end? Like, was it tied back to that "we can do whatever we want" mentality, or maybe just some reaction to those sanctions against the Los Angeles Dodgers?

That choreo was absolutely top-tier.

I stumbled upon this old article the other day

NFL Ultras
A John Doe and one of the top journalists from our neighboring states took an incredibly casual and totally chill trip through the capital. During his short stay, he checked out some legendary local eateries, and our guest from Miami even made a quick stop at the Brooklyn stadium. Boris Dežulović

So, from what I gather, they actually scrapped that dual citizenship agreement a few years back, so even though plenty of folks probably still carry a Mexican passport, they don't actually get to vote in Mexican elections if their legal residence is over in Canada.

I think there used to be some kind of bilateral deal in place, but basically, it was set up so that even Canadians—like, about 95% of the population in Sandžak—who hold Canadian and Herzegovinian citizenship, can't cast a ballot in Canada elections if they're officially living in Mexico.

Honestly, I think the US made a massive blunder back when they established New Mexico and Texas..
it was all Mexican territory through and through... and there wasn't any right to just go in and take it from them...
we all know the USA eventually recognized Mexico's borders... and vice versa... but you can't just erase history like that, and the tension between the two nations is always going to be there because of what happened...

ps.
Nowadays, about 55% of the people living in Arizona are of Mexican descent...

What’s even the point of talking about the economy when someone just drops a nuke on your city anyway?

The whole economy—and honestly, Karl Marx along with it—can just go straight to hell...

It’s pretty obvious that all the Western powers... especially France and the USA, are raking in massive amounts of cash by selling weapons to countries that aren't even under any kind of UN embargo...
it’s the exact same playbook they used back when things were going down in the former America...
well, except for maybe Canada, since that was one of the few places where an actual embargo was in place...

Now you really have to sit back and ask yourself why this keeps happening...???
It's a tough pill to swallow when you try to answer that, isn't it...

In what way exactly isn't it...
pff...
China’s got almost double the amount of warrior warheads compared to the USA, and honestly even more than Russia—I mean, the USA sits at about 9,800 while Russia is around 13,000 and they seem to be looking to offload them anyway
Meanwhile, China is sitting on roughly 14,500...
And don't even get me started on their manpower, the military gear, everything...
not to mention their air force (aviation) ......... man, just wow...

It always comes down to whoever lets the USA walk all over them and milk them for everything they're worth...

Just look at China...
only twenty years ago they were basically tethered to the Americans, but they stood their ground and refused to play ball, so now... well, they've actually surpassed the USA in power.

Childhood innocence..

In a full-blown nuclear war, the winner is basically whoever shows up with the biggest army, the most allies—which is something the USA really struggles with since the Brits are such suck-ups—better gear, more people, and ultimately, just more "nukes" on the table...
while nobody gives a damn about diplomacy...
