It gets pretty intense at the esthetician's when they start working on those sensitive areas.
Since I was lying on my stomach just now, I can only imagine how much harder it’ll be later once she tells me pregnant women aren't supposed to lie on their bellies like that.
I honestly feel like I'm walking around like a headless chicken; this is actually the second time I've tried using the moving turnstiles and headed the wrong way.
I'm 12 weeks pregnant and taking low molecular weight heparin because of the Factor V Leiden mutation and MTFHR.
I just had my first blood work done to see how I'm responding, and the initial results have me a little worried.
PV 1.32 (>0.7)
PV INR 0.9 (2.0-3.5). It says "L" (low) next to it, and the reference range mentions anticoagulant therapy recommendations.
I'm currently on 0.4ml of Fraxiparine, which I get through Petrov Hospital. Right now, I weigh 74kg and am 165cm tall.
Is this INR level something that requires an emergency call, or can it wait until Tuesday when I get the rest of my results and check in with my doctor?
Thanks for any help you can give.
Is there any way to open a bank account in the US without actually flying out there myself? I was wondering if maybe there's an American bank with a branch somewhere near me here in the States?
So, here are my thyroid hormone results. Every time I get them from the hospital, they leave out the reference ranges. They don't mention any medication either, so I assume everything is fine, but I'd still love some input if anyone has a moment.

I'm 37, and I've been trying to conceive. Somewhere above, I've included my sex hormone levels and cholesterol too.
Thanks!

I'm not sure how old you are or if you've dealt with any metabolic issues before.
To start, I'd suggest cutting back on fats. You could try taking some Omega-3 supplements from Johnson & Johnson, and maybe adding a little olive oil to your meals. It would definitely help to cut out sausages, deli meats, and anything else high in fat, while eating plenty of fruits and veggies.
As for your reproductive hormones, they all seem to be right on the borderline.
Have you had your thyroid levels checked?
Thanks so much for the info.
I did get my thyroid tested, though I don't have the results handy. Everything was within the normal range, except that an ultrasound showed my thyroid is slightly enlarged. There aren't any cysts or anything like that, so the specialist said everything is fine, I just might be more predisposed to thyroid issues down the road. Anyway, I'm waiting until June 23rd just to get on an eight-month waiting list for a follow-up—which is ridiculous. I think I'll probably just end up paying a private doctor instead.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked yet?
Thanks so much for the info.

That said, those prolactin levels jumped out at me right away—I suspect things might not be ideal, but if you include the reference ranges, we might be able to get a clearer picture.
LH 4.48 (1.5-8.0)
FSH 6.59 (3.9-12)
estradiol 21.6 (18-147)
prolactin 654.9 (105-735)
progesterone 2.7 (0.6-4.7)
What do you guys think about this part? I got these a few days ago:
cholesterol 6.6 ( triglycerides 2.6 ( serum slightly lipemic
Hormone levels (Day 3)
lh 4.48
fsh 6.59
estradiol 21.6
prolactin 655
progesterone 2.7
I don't see my doctor until next Tuesday, so I was wondering if anyone here has any insight on these numbers? thanks
I was expecting my period today, but since my cycle is usually about 28 days—though it was 26 last month—I’m starting to wonder. I feel like I have a whole bunch of symptoms going on; my lower back is killing me, and for the last ten days or so, I've had that heavy feeling like my period is coming, even though it's just some yellowish discharge. It's pretty slimy, but there's no odor or stinging. Since yesterday, I've been feeling really nauseous after eating, and I'm just generally weak and sleepy, though strangely enough, I can't actually sleep through the night because I keep waking up to use the bathroom. I did deal with a bladder infection about three weeks ago, but that cleared up in two days, and now I'm dealing with a cold. I guess you think it could be related to why I'm late?
I'm planning to take a test tomorrow morning using one from Google. Is that brand any good, or should I spring for something more expensive? This one was $10
