Just one simple question here... I was scheduled for an exam with a surgeon because of a hernia during my 8th month of pregnancy. This Dr. med. guy checked me out and gave me this super vague, half-baked opinion—it honestly felt like he had zero clue what he was supposed to say, and even my OBGYN ended up giving me more info than he did...
I just don't get it—if I'm referred to a surgeon, shouldn't a surgeon actually be the one examining me? 😕It would make sense, right? (Like, wouldn't his title say specialized surgeon instead of just Dr. med.?)
Look, I don't know anything about the medical field, so I'm totally lost when it comes to titles and specialties, but stuff like this really sticks out to me. Thank you for any insight! 🙂
I picked up some General Mills treats and cakes over at Apple in Springfield... they were seriously amazing👍 and I’d definitely go back there😁

I took a quick One Step test yesterday afternoon and saw a super faaaaaint second line. Then I tried again this morning and the line didn't look any darker at all. I'm ready to sprint to CVS to grab some Intim Plus (shoutout to that 😁 commercial) but so far, nothing but an empty 😕
. As for symptoms, I wouldn't call them anything major—just a bit of nausea in the evenings and I've been hitting the bathroom more often. Honestly, I don't really have a specific 🤷

Look, if there's a line, you're pregnant. Period.😁 I've spent way too much time staring at tests over the years, and let me tell you, sometimes those lines just aren't there until they are.😍 Just wait a few more days (maybe 3) and take it first thing in the morning. That way you won't be squinting and trying to play detective to see if there's actually a line or not. Those cheap ones from the drugstore work just as well as the overpriced fancy brands. As for symptoms? It's way too early to tell... if you start getting hit with nausea (fingers crossed you don't!), that usually kicks in around week seven.
So, I waited five days past when my period was supposed to show up, finally bit the bullet and took a test... and it was positive. Then, because I couldn't believe it, I grabbed another one and—lo and behold—positive again. Is it actually possible for them to be fake? Honestly, I’m spiraling right now and don't even know what to think. I'm a total nervous wreck. What have you guys gone through? As far as symptoms go, my breasts are just super sore, but that's about it. I really don't want to get my hopes up and then deal with a massive letdown...
My brother is dealing with this exact same mess. It’s not even about whether you should bet on American football or whatever—I’m saying people need to quit the whole scene entirely. That lifestyle? It’s a straight-up addiction, plain and simple. I honestly think you have to swap that habit out for something else completely. You can't just quit cold turkey because the void it leaves is massive and it hits you hard. When that itch starts crawling under your skin and you feel the urge to place a bet, you’ve gotta go do something else instead.🙂If people were actually making decent money elsewhere, these betting parlors wouldn't be popping up on every single street corner like weeds after a summer storm.🙄

My husband basically pulled a NASA stunt and launched himself out of the clinic the second he heard the news—just pure rocket propulsion. Honestly, at this point, I don't think anyone on the planet could talk him back into going through with it. I mean, how else are we supposed to figure out if things are actually positive for Ureaplasma if he refuses to step foot back in that office?😢🙄I am seriously about to lose my mind.
