Any recommendations for a cosmetic surgeon in Indianapolis? Or maybe somewhere nearby if there's a good option?
Hey everyone,
I've got a Dell Inspiron 15 that's giving me some trouble. The keyboard backlight isn't turning on at all. I tried hitting the Fn+F9 combo—which is where the light icon is located—but nothing happens. To make matters worse, I just noticed my Wi-Fi shortcut (Fn + F3) is also acting up and won't trigger.
Any idea what might be causing this?
Hey everyone, I’ve got a Dell Inspiron 15 where a few keys have stopped working, so I'm looking at a replacement. Does anyone have a rough idea of what a repair shop might charge for something like this?
I was browsing eBay and spotted a keyboard for about $60 that includes the standard US layout. My only hesitation is that the listing mentions compatibility with the Dell Inspiron 15 version, even though mine is the slightly different model. Visually, they look identical and all the small details seem to line up, so I'm assuming it'll fit perfectly.
I'm just trying to figure out the best move here. Is it worth paying a local shop to handle the part and the install, or should I just do it myself? I've heard service fees can be way higher than ordering online, but if the price gap isn't massive, I'd much rather just drop it off at a pro and get it sorted quickly.

Thanks! I use it once in a while, but I honestly feel like the Secretary of State database used to be more thorough. For instance, I can't seem to find the basic tax ID numbers for certain companies... maybe I'm just overlooking them since I don't check the official registry all that often.
Hi there,
The business registry used to be wide open to everyone, but it looks like they've moved everything behind a login wall. Does anyone know if a local government agency can register for free, or is there still some kind of public search tool tucked away somewhere that I'm just missing?
Hey everyone! I finished my professional training last year and just started my first contract. Yesterday, I received some mail from Vanguard regarding my retirement account. To be honest, I haven't really looked into choosing a specific fund yet, but from what I hear, if you don't pick one within a certain timeframe, they just assign you one automatically.
Does anyone have advice on what my next move should be? I don't even have my login credentials yet, though I can probably sort that out since they have my phone number on file. What I'm really wondering is which fund is performing best right now, and if it's even worth the headache to switch things up. Since I've just barely started my career, does my training period even count toward my total years of service?
Hey everyone, I know this topic is a bit old, but I figured I’d jump in here instead of starting a whole new thread. A neighbor asked me to look into some Wi-Fi antenna pricing—basically, what’s the best bang for your buck around here without breaking the bank? I’m a total novice when it comes to this stuff (and he's even more lost than I am), so I'm not quite sure what terms to use for a Google search. By the way, I can also hunt down some links on eBay.
How can I finally get rid of that annoying error message about non-genuine Windows popping up every single time I boot up my laptop?
You can usually scavenge some copper from old TVs or refrigerators if you're looking to scrape together a little cash, but I'd steer clear of trying to hunt for gold in old cell phones—it's just not worth the hassle 😁
Yeah, I did a little digging and realized that $133 is such a heavy investment that I’d honestly rather just run some cables myself than go that route. Does anyone know if there's a way to set everything up downstairs so I can watch on two different TVs at once—without needing to buy an extra receiver—as long as they're both showing the exact same thing? It might be a bit impractical, but for starters, anything is better than nothing.
My DirecTV setup just arrived today! I totally get how everything connects, but I’m stuck on one specific thing. My router is tucked away in one part of the house, the TV is in the living room on the other side, and my phone jack is way off in a third area. To get the router and the receiver together, I’d have to move the router right next to the TV, but since the phone jack is so far away, I’d end up having to drill out a whole new connection near the TV.
So, is there any kind of device that can wirelessly link the router to my DirecTV receiver?
Alternatively, could I connect the DirecTV box to a receiver that's actually close to the router (like in my brother's room) and then somehow mirror that picture onto a second TV? Someone mentioned this might be doable, though they said both TVs would just show the same channels. I wouldn't mind that at all, but how could I pull it off without buying an extra receiver?

Every single morning, I wake up and pray to the Almighty just to see that she opened her eyes... then I brew some coffee and sit right there next to her, sipping it together even though she can't drink any...
😢
Hang in there! 😢

Yes, it definitely is. 🙂 If that recording actually exists, I don't see why you wouldn't just post it.
