Can hypnosis help you get over someone? in Psychology ·

I honestly can't believe I'm even bringing this up because I know I can be a total handful sometimes, but I just had to share this little epiphany with you all! You know how I'm always tripping over my own feet or second-guessing every single decision I make, well, I finally had one of those "aha!" moments that actually felt productive for once. It’s funny how we spend so much time worrying about the tiny, insignificant details that we completely miss the big picture staring us right in the face, isn't it? I was sitting there thinking about how much energy I waste on things that don't even matter, and it hit me like a ton of bricks that I really need to start prioritizing my peace of mind over being perfectly organized all the time. Anyway, I'm feeling super pumped about this new outlook, even if I'll probably go back to my old, chaotic ways by tomorrow morning! kaže:
You know, I’ve been thinking about this lately, and honestly, it feels like you only need two people to start a relationship, but somehow it takes three to actually break one apart—and no, I’m definitely not talking about a kid!😁

You aren't kidding... that is spot on!

It just came back to me! What was it called again? The belt!🙂

And frankly, you’re just spouting liberal nonsense.🙄😛😁

To establish a connection, you need two people, but to sever one, you require three. And I am certainly not referring to a child here.😁

Honestly, women actually enjoy being hit. It’s nothing more than a psychological regression back to the mischief and discipline they experienced during their childhood. 😂

Oh, for crying out loud.😲

Have you perhaps discovered a latent streak of masochism within yourself?
🙄😁

You know, I’ve been doing some thinking lately. Honestly, just deal with it. But don't go overboard—you don't want to actually maim her or, heaven forbid, end up facing an investigation for excessive force. The poor kid. If you truly love her, remember that if you fail here, some random stranger is going to step in to raise your child. Take a willow switch or maybe even a bamboo rod, like something out of those old Kung Fu movies, and give her a firm lesson. Make her understand. Of course, all my advice goes out the window if this whole thing—this relationship that somehow morphed into a marriage—wasn't built on actual love to begin with. If there were ulterior motives from the start, then you have to accept that you were simply being a fool. But, if there was genuine affection, then you just need to remind her through disciplined, measured correction. There are ways to handle it without leaving marks, you know. And then there's the risk of her suing you. Have you seen these modern, "emancipated" women today? They act like they've finally achieved equality, yet they conveniently forget that equality has absolutely nothing to do with parental authority. That's just how it is. Anyway, that's just some food for thought. You don't have to take my word for it; I might be losing my mind. 🙂

Fear is the absolute worst kind of bullshit, yet nobody is immune to it until they’ve fully felt its weight. Once it truly takes hold of your mind and your heart, you realize just how much stupidity it fuels—no matter how senseless those actions might seem. But honestly? When things boil over, they boil over. I don't know; some people react by lashing out physically at their partners, others try to talk through it, and some just resort to violence against anyone in their path. At the end of the day, you have to learn how to respect yourself. Whether that means facing the cold, hard truth and confronting your own failures, or taking a more painful route to discipline... who can say?

There is something fundamentally masochistic about the way some women chase after a man. It feels like some primal, self-defeating instinct. 😁
When there is an attempt to "switch" traditional roles, the result is almost always a rebellious child who refuses to listen to their father—the one person who actually possesses the intellect and wisdom to guide them.🤣

Michael Bishop8 said:That's so true... that sand analogy really hits home. And while there's definitely a chance they'll eventually see sense, my big worry is just how much longer I can keep hanging in there through all of this..

Because honestly, the pain is just overwhelming... I feel like I'm totally non-functional since this started; I can barely get anything done at work...

You are essentially shifting the entire "problem" onto her. In reality, both you and she have things to figure out. Who is to say who knows what? Blah, blah, blah... I don't want to make things more difficult, but a woman doesn't enter a relationship solely for the sake of physical intimacy. (For the most part, 😁). When people separate—if they even do separate, though in this case, something is clearly fracturing—it has to hurt. Whether that pain is "good" or "bad" isn't the point right now; the point is the simple fact that it is occurring. There's another profound piece of wisdom to consider here: 🙄—you only truly see the coastline once you've moved away from the shore where you used to watch the sun rise.🙄
Everything falls apart when it's meant to fall apart. It's like a person developing an abscess because of debris under the skin (or perhaps just hormonal fluctuations). It's like the earth itself; when it can no longer withstand the pressure, it erupts with volcanoes and various other catastrophes. When love vanishes from a relationship, people start searching for other outlets to "fulfill" that "function," especially when the root cause of the crisis isn't immediately visible. However, it isn't particularly helpful to throw generalized advice at people, because ultimately, everything comes back to you and your own ability to help yourself. In short? Pick up a shovel and get some manual labor done...

Michael Bishop8 said:Yeah, who honestly knows what kind of crazy twists life is going to throw at you next...
And when I really sit down and think about it... the absolute baseline requirement for hypnosis to even stand a chance of working—whether we're talking about big shifts or just something super practical like kicking a smoking habit or losing a few pounds—is that the person being hypnotized actually has to *want* it. If they don't truly desire that change, whether they realize it consciously or it's buried deep in their subconscious... well, then nothing much happens.

Look, let’s be real here. Love doesn't just vanish. People change. That is the simple, harsh reality. If there is genuine love there, there is no way they won't realize it sooner or later. That realization is everything. But by the time they reach that point, so much time has slipped through your fingers while you were desperately trying to hold onto something that was already fading.🙄😁
In the interim, a gradual shift occurs—a metamorphosis that remains invisible to you because you are far too preoccupied with trying to squeeze sand through your clenched fists. And if the love truly isn't there, you will eventually see that too, if you haven't already. There is nothing wrong with accepting that, provided the disappointment doesn't absolutely destroy you.

Hypnosis is nothing more than a tool for abuse. Honestly, what kind of person thinks they can just sit there and "program" a woman using hypnosis? You really ought to give that some serious thought before you act. For heaven's sake, what are we even talking about here? Or perhaps, who's to say it isn't beneficial? Who truly knows what kind of twisted fate life has in store for you.🙂
Finally! This is absolutely fantastic news!🙂

It’s not Slavinski, it’s Stanislav. Honestly, I can’t even keep track of these names anymore; my memory for these technical trades is completely shot.😂

And Sex and the City is just super extra fancy. You're basically the god of love and everything, totally head over heels once a master takes you to those higher levels...😁
Ahhh... so we're talking Tantric sex... that's so Sting 😍 ... all those wild moves and tricks...

What do I know? Maybe those old-school romantic types can convince you; those experts are masters of suggestion. They'll tell you everything looks perfect, like a gourmet dessert from a high-end bakery. And just like that, years slip by while a man finds himself neck-deep in... well, you know exactly what I mean.😛 😁
And they claim it’s medicinal. I don't know, I'm healthy (supposedly), and I just hope I don't end up trying to make my own lemonade out of lemons—especially not some questionable concoction harvested from some random backyard gardener's patch.🙂 😁
Love is supposed to be an open book, right? You just read it. Surely there's some link out there where "experts" meet up to guide those who are lost. But please, Sting... he probably spends his time practicing yoga, studying tantra, and popping ecstasy.😂

Anyway... can someone explain this weirdness to me? Is this just what they call Sex and the City?

Just imagine what a little bit of nature can actually accomplish. 😂 Isn't it perfectly logical that any organic substance possesses unique properties that trigger a reaction when combined with certain elements?
And then there's "Sex and the City"—that supposed ultra-fancy, transcendent experience where you're basically a deity of passion, eternally enamored because some master of intimacy guides you into higher realms.😁

He claims urine has great benefits for the physical body because it's packed with minerals perfectly prepared for consumption—pure alchemy. ROFL.

It’s just fighting fire with fire, isn't it? You try to outsmart your own inner demons by becoming them.😁 😁
People will do absolutely anything, won't they? And this "guru" is supposedly famous for his culinary expertise.🤣

Well, what do I know? You throw in two ice cubes and suddenly it tastes just like whiskey.🙂
Chemistry is chemistry, after all. It doesn't matter what people put inside themselves—be it peanuts, steak, or a bowl of grits.
The real priority is ensuring that whoever is concocting these little treats stays in touch with "whatever works," but as for drinking urine or some kind of menstrual transfiguration... well, that's getting into territory far too extreme for me. I am a strict vegetarian.🙂 😁

Does anyone happen to have a dedicated thread regarding urine therapy for health optimization? It seems like there's a discussion on just about everything these days, yet I can't find this specific topic anywhere.😁

shadowcobra13 said:Think of menstruation as a massive surge of energy—an outpouring of all those emotional build-ups that happen because of a biological "nesting conflict" occurring deep within your system. You didn't conceive, so your body essentially goes through a reset after preparing for it. It’s an objective truth that women possess a much sharper intuition than men, offering a greater capacity to tap into their inner selves and reach true self-actualization, though they inherently operate from a Yin perspective.
However, that surplus of energy doesn't have to be wasted; it can actually be transformed through a sort of alchemical process. There is this specific exercise called the Deer. It’s designed to halt the flow by redirecting that energy upward from the second chakra instead of letting it just bleed out externally.

Nutjob.😁
