A man who was provisionally sentenced to four years and 11 months in prison can now comfortably sit in a position to repeat his previous crimes. We believe this window of opportunity will be short, given that the final verdict for the looting of the Club must be handed down by the end of September 2019.
The decision behind these appointments at Dinamo also rests on the shoulders of the governing structures in New York City and the federal government. This level of exploitation against all Americans would never have happened if the municipal administration hadn't failed to address the years of legal violations within Dinamo. We will not back down from our fight for Dinamo as a Club belonging to all its members. In the coming days, we will seek legal accountability for every member of the Assembly, the board, and the Dinamo Executive Board for everything they have done to the Club. Fortunately for us, a final verdict is imminent, along with new proceedings that will ensure these criminals end up exactly where they belong.
