Honestly, what is it with people lately? You’re trying to have a decent conversation, and instead of actually engaging, they just drift—their eyes darting from your face down to your midsection, then up to your chest, then back down to your stomach again. It’s exhausting.🙄 Hey! If you're going to talk to me, at least have the decency to look me in the eye!!!
God, I honestly can’t stand it when people start poking at my stomach. 😠 It isn't some magic crystal ball you rub to make your wishes come true! 😠

Perhaps you might consider trying some of the techniques I mentioned in my previous post? While it seems somewhat strange that your lucid dreams disappeared so abruptly overnight, if you truly desire to reclaim them, I don't see any reason why these methods wouldn't work for you. In fact, it might actually be easier now. Try, for instance, keeping a detailed dream journal to record your standard dreams and practicing those daily fact checks. If you don't see results after a while, try experimenting with the WBTB method. I am fairly certain you will find success. 🙂

I’ve already attempted to employ my old strategies, but they simply failed to yield results; I seem to have inadvertently blocked myself quite foolishly... 😢
I suppose I will give those fact checks a shot. Maybe they'll actually work.
Though, in the past, I never felt the need for such verification during lucid dreams—I would just know instantly, realizing, "Ah, this is a dream." 🙂

But regardless, it really is a magnificent pursuit, and I would recommend that anyone at least attempt to achieve lucidity. It is a truly sublime experience. 👍

Anthony Lopez8 said:I think you need to provide a bit more context here. 😁 For starters, how long were you experiencing them, and were they something you were actively trying to trigger or did they just happen spontaneously? When exactly did they stop, and have you already attempted any specific techniques to try and bring them back?

A few years back, lucid dreaming was just a regular part of my life, almost routine; I’d experience it several times a week, and honestly, it was nothing short of breathtaking. But then everything shifted when a close family friend passed away in a tragic accident. Following her death, I began having lucid dreams every single night, and she was always there. I had this unsettling clarity—knowing even within the dream that she was gone, knowing I was merely sleeping, yet we would sit and talk about everything under the sun, from the nature of mortality to whatever lies beyond... it was all-encompassing. Eventually, after about a month, the weight of it became unbearable, too much for one person to carry. Then, one night, the dreams simply vanished, and they haven't returned since. Does anyone know how to bring that sensation back?
In the past, the realization that I was dreaming would just click into place, giving me total control over the narrative, but now... it's a complete disaster. It’s like Bubimirov's land out there; I have absolutely no idea what's happening when I close my eyes.

Is there anyone out there who might be able to lend me a hand in getting my lucid dreams back on track?
Itching and white discharge: What's going on? in Women's Health ·
What actually happens if you let a yeast infection just linger for a while? It’s one of those situations where I’ll notice some strange, thick discharge, but then life gets in the way—I might wait two or three days before I can even get a hold of my gynecologist, only to be told I have to wait another two weeks for an appointment... so the whole thing just drags on indefinitely. And what then? Are we talking about actual, nasty long-term consequences here? Also, does my partner need to go through treatment as well if we're dealing with a yeast issue or some kind of bacterial imbalance?
