Justin Rogers5 said:I could've sworn someone just congratulated you on the new baby. Guess my brain's completely fried from all this booze...🤦

It wasn't actually for you—it was for the person who congratulated me. My bad! 🤦

Justin Rogers5 said:And what about you? You pregnant yet?🤔

No, that's just what happens after too many beers. 🙂

Brandon Lopez6 said:I had no clue being a slut was strictly reserved for unsuccessful, single women.

Now I’ve got some catching up to do with all those people who spent my entire marriage calling me names just because I wasn't interested in them🙂.

Let’s be honest—we’ve all been there, but only some of us actually enjoy the chaos. 😁

What’s with all the sudden influx of pornography? We're supposed to be having a moral discussion here. 🧐

🤣

Justin Rogers5 said:Yeah. Based on what I've dealt with lately regarding having kids, it seems like we don't really have a choice. At least not here in the States.☕

I had no idea they’d made mandatory fertilization a thing. 😲

My dog is my sweetheart, but the one who really runs the show during our walks is the lady holding the leash. 🙂

Heterosexuals. 🙂

Donna White50, you were raised with more traditional values, back before the era of Pornhub, and you've still experimented with some more exotic sexual practices yourself. Why on earth do you think your child's environment is going to have such a decisive impact on them?

Remind me to bring him up when we get to the thread about asexual people. 😳

briskwalker10 said:Yeah, well, evolution gave us the urge to help, but it also gave us the urge to kill. One is about survival through community, the other is about surviving by fighting another "pack"—or even turning on our own in some kind of internal struggle...

PS: Since it seems like uncle/uncles are still a hot topic here, I guess I'll have to go find an explanation from the higher-ups... ☕

You aren't going to pry any private info about other members out of me, no matter how hard you try. 🙂

briskwalker10 said:haha, honestly can't recall... and I'm not going into details right now.. 😳

Anyway, let's get back to Jerry Robinson56... 😁 So, where did he disappear to? 🤣

To me, he just brings vacuum cleaners to mind, and vacuum cleaners make me think of anteaters. Anteaters make me think of ants, and ants remind me of spicy red chili peppers.

briskwalker10 said:Heh, well, if they’re already letting people smoke cigarettes there—unlike most other hospitals—why wouldn't they allow a little alcohol... 😁

By the way, I wonder how Sigmund Freud would interpret that dream. Something tells me he'd focus on the things we completely miss—like the specific shape of the wine bottle or something... 😳

Did I have a five-pointed star there, too? 🤔

briskwalker10 said:Op op op 😁

Btw, I forgot to mention—I actually had a dream about you a week or two ago... no joke. And you looked just like your avatar here, just transformed into real life... well, since we're touching on psychoanalysis and dreams now... 😁

Anyway, I don't know why, but it was in some hospital, and you were lying in a bed making out with someone non-stop while I sat at a nearby table drinking wine with a group of people. (Wine and a hospital 🙄, dreams are weird). Basically, you're just constantly hooked up with this guy, and there I am, sipping drinks with the other patients, thinking "wtf, I didn't realize she was this indecent in real life." 🤣

Honestly, I really did dream that. I think there were other people in there that I'm close to in real life too... but that's irrelevant for now... 😁

Well, at least it was a decent hospital. 🤣

Maybe we should submit a formal proposal to allow wine and kissing in psychiatric wards? 😍

That sounds like something that'll be haunting my dreams tonight. 🤣 🤣 🤣

briskwalker10 said:hahaha... "free association"? 😂

Yeah. To me, it just feels like wrestling in the mud. 😁

(If anyone else wants to jump in with their own association, feel free. 😳 )

briskwalker10 said:Oh, wow... pure gold. Come on then—why don't you talk a little about psychology while sitting on a Freudian couch? Let's see if any free associations pop up... maybe a slip of the tongue, a random dream, or something else entirely... 😁

Here’s one! 🥳

Honestly, that 503 error, the search engine glitching, all that... it isn't just some crappy server issue. It feels more like they're running an experiment on us😲.

It just feels like we're doing all this work without any kind of payoff at the end🤣.
At least over at BlackBerry, even the biggest idiot gets a little payout🕺.

Mhm, they're basically testing our frustration tolerance.😁

Matthew Cruz44 said:Well, you see... by signing up for BB, you're essentially stepping right into a massive psychological experiment performed on human beings, though it’s all cleverly disguised as a pursuit of "fame" and the chance to hang out with others...

The whole concept was essentially an experiment from the jump. Honestly, I didn't think it would actually work, but here we are. It’s just like those ridiculous clickbait sites you see everywhere. Nonsense spreads fast; it goes viral because it's easy. And that old idea that everyone will get their fifteen minutes of fame? We've known that for ages. Mainstream media is boring, the internet is becoming a bore, and let's be real—it's all pretty dull if your idea of entertainment is just lowbrow garbage.

I'm down—honestly, feels like a win to me 🙂
And, if I'm being real, really those stories of yours? Totally hooked.

They aren't written down. Just a few fragments that don't make much sense on their own. A story is really just a story if you have someone to tell it to. You start talking, watch how they react, and then steer the narrative toward whatever captures them. Your job is basically to figure out which metaphors get them excited and then lean into those. It used to be easier back when people actually gathered around a campfire. We don't have that anymore now that high-voltage power lines have moved into our neck of the woods. 😁

Peter Murphy6 said:When I was little, my older sister used to tell stories—not just to me, but to everyone. She just had that "it" factor. I absolutely loved listening to her; her tales always had this incredible impact, feeling almost like fairy tales, yet they were so deep and engaging. Often, after she finished, I’d find myself continuing the story in my head or just sitting there lost in thought, wondering about what happened next. She had this habit of leaving things on unexpected notes, though the whole narrative was usually so unpredictable that I never felt the need to try and guess where things were going. It was just pure, effortless relaxation.

From my perspective, that’s such a massive gift—it stays etched into your soul much deeper than just looking at a picture ever could. It’s hard to capture that kind of feeling through an image because a photo is just a physical object, whereas a story like that... well, those spoken moments are something else entirely.
When you look at what people are actually talking about, they’re much more likely to get caught up in myths and legends than they are in visual aesthetics.
I honestly can't decide which one is more beautiful. 🕺

I actually got my start with comic books, and they’re really what helped me develop my own drawing style. 🙂 I absolutely love them. 🙂 I think I’ve mostly drifted back into drawing in a comic book style lately, which was actually something I struggled with for quite a while.
I've got about 25 pages fully finished, along with a few others that I've just started working on. To be honest though, I think my real strength lies in shorter stuff—like quick comic strips, caricatures, or parodies. 😬
Even my horror comic—which is based on that dream again—ends up looking like some weird mix of a caricature and a parody. 🕺

I’d love to work with you sometime. I honestly think we could make a pretty great team. 🙂
