The only bad experience I can think of off the top of my head was back when I was in the maternity ward. Right before the doctor's rounds, a nurse just popped into the room and told us we needed to tuck in the sheets and straighten up the beds immediately. Since I’d just had a C-section, that didn't even cross my mind as an option. It would have taken me at least five minutes just to physically get upright, let alone find the energy to play interior decorator by pulling on bedsheets.
