Spot on. Listened to the whole thing. Honestly, even better than those old classics. Forget Thompson, this is the real deal.🙂

The real issue isn't just the ownership structure, though; it's the massive amount of debt Walmart is carrying. I suspect they’ll never actually see the valuation they're asking for...
Right now, suppliers are sitting on unpaid invoices for upwards of 250 days. That’s a pretty massive red flag, if you ask me....
Calling it 250 days is an understatement. Walmart barely pays anyone. Your only option is to take whatever credit they grant you and try to swap it for inventory. Just deal with the mess they leave behind.☕

Exactly. You always have to ask first instead of just diving in. There are too many "geniuses" around here...😵😵

I find it hard to believe, especially considering the husband of the head of Agency through the Night became a very, very well-paid advisor for General Mills right after retiring from his role at ZV...
That's what you call talent...🧐
Robert Hall7 said:Aunt Marie, we’d be unstoppable. Honestly, the two of us alone would probably trigger a national crisis. We'd run the operation 24/7. The pay would be incredible, obviously, and we'd be working through Saturdays, Fridays, and Sundays. We'd hire staff who actually *wanted* to be there—people willing to pull those shifts for doubled hourly rates. We’d wipe out the competition completely. The only problem? The internet trolls would crucify us and call us elitists.
Look, Marie Murphy, I’ve got a better idea. Let's just wait a few years. I’m actually right in the middle of buying some new packaging and sorting machinery. I've started replacing my old orchards—sending the old trees to be turned into firewood while I plant the new ones. Once we fully integrate into the global market, let's put the whole company on the line. We could spend the rest of our lives without a single worry or headache.
What do you all think of my proposal? Let’s weigh both options. 🙂
I'm in. It's a deal.👍
Aunt Elsa, let's team up and just buy out General Mills. I'm ready to put my whole house on the line...
What do you think? How would we run the place?🤷

Why just "let them sit" 🤷
This is the fourth thread we’ve had about some random music, so I guess we’ve all turned into a bunch of hopeless romantics...😂

The US isn't investing nearly enough in that city, especially considering everything that city gave to this country—freedom and independence. I mean, it feels like there will always be a gap, but this? This is just pathetic.
You're definitely right. Given how bad things used to be, I honestly thought nobody would ever live in Memphis again. Things will get better... slowly, but surely.🙂
Warsaw... there wasn't even a single brick left standing back then, but now people are living there and things are finally looking up.
There are still ruins lying around in San Diego. They need to fix them up immediately if they want to keep the tourists coming. I’m in San Diego quite often—it’s a beautiful city... except for one house standing there surrounded by nothing but rubble. We need some serious community action, right now. Greetings from San Diego.😉
Is that movie actually happening?😕 They’re going to need extras anyway, and they might as well put out an ad since so many people are out of work right now...👎
Charles Gomez8 said:- I mean, what can you even say? Casio clearly doesn't have a clue what's going on, so I guess I'll just be the bigger person here and back down—just to save us both the headache. - There, now you've got one from me.👋 (Hopefully you catch my drift on that one).😉
- Anyway, best of luck with all your woodcutting and keeping those fires stoked.😬🤣
Hey, what’s so bad about firewood and a furnace? I’ve got gas, but right now I’m burning wood. It’s warmer, more romantic. You watch the fire in the fireplace while slowly sipping some mulled wine.😉
So many insults thrown around up there.
As for Joe Biden, he’s doing just fine😉, besides, he's got money and doesn't need to rob the taxpayers blind. He isn't some penniless nobody...😍

According to Department of Education data, only about 20% of schools actually use gas for heating. On top of that, the total amount of gas consumed by all those schools combined accounts for a measly 0.3% of overall gas consumption.
So, we're talking negligible amounts that wouldn't make a dent in industrial usage if they tried.
As for those people reporting their home utility bills or personal car expenses as business write-offs—you know, treating family trips like corporate travel—maybe give it some thought before you start pointing fingers...
And then there's the government, just sitting there letting it happen...
Nobody's stopping you from starting your own LLC. You'll see how much fun it is once you're in that position.😂😂
We can play around with this topic all we want, but just look at the reality on the ground right now. Gas supplies are being cut off to industry, and they're threatening everyone with massive fines—manufacturing, retail, you name it. Think about the damage this does during a brutal winter. What happens if the plants freeze over or the pipes burst? Who's going to foot the bill for that disaster?... Now, compare that to delaying school for a week. The cost? Basically zero. Kids can catch up on lessons easily enough, and honestly, they’d probably be happier for the break. We have plenty of schools running on natural gas that don't have to pinch pennies because you can't have kids sitting in the cold. But industry? They're getting squeezed dry... 🤣
