I have to brag for a second about how I managed to snag a seat on the subway the other day. I just asked nicely, and this lady actually got up for me! I made sure to give her a huge thank you, too. Honestly, the best way to handle things is just to ask instead of getting all grumpy about it 🙂
I haven't bought a single thing for the baby yet, and everyone keeps asking me when I’m finally going to start shopping... honestly, it's like they think someone else is going to be dressing my kid.
Carl Miller11 said:I had a similar experience on a Greyhound bus once. This elderly lady right next to me just passed out cold, then snapped back to reality almost instantly. But instead of actually helping her up, those dozens of other seniors just leaned over slightly to ask, "Are you okay?" while staying firmly planted in their seats. I was eight months pregnant at the time, so it wasn't exactly easy for me to move.
I ended up stepping off the bus immediately just to get some fresh air—thank God my friend was there with me—so I could 🙂🙂 them all
according to my own little list.

Oh man, I can't even imagine. That sounds intense... but honestly, I don't get it. Is it just a woman thing? Or maybe men too? One lady actually looked at me and said, "Well, you must have had ten kids already!"
Hahaha, honestly, you just have to take a stand, tell them "get up," and call it a day... but I’m just too shy for all that. It feels so awkward to ask someone to move, so I usually just sit there overthinking everything, telling myself I can hold out a little longer. But lately, my back has been killing me, and the constant pressure on my bladder is getting ridiculous. I’m actually starting to worry about what’s going to happen in a month—by then, I definitely won't be able to stay quiet about it.
Sophia Walker89 said:I was just sitting here reading over the new one-time payment amounts released by the City of Zion... $600 and get this—they’re splitting the first child benefit into just two installments throughout the year!! It is an absolute disgrace!! They keep piling new costs onto our shoulders—it feels like there's a new fee every single week—yet they keep slashing our benefits!! And then people have the nerve to claim we don't want children; it's no wonder the country is struggling under its own weight! Honestly, it feels like they're just pinching pennies when it comes to kids. Meanwhile, we're out here working ourselves to the bone, yet those politicians live like royalty—paying for luxury travel and fancy retreats while they pocket our hard-earned money to buy massive estates! It's just ridiculous...

Man, tell me about it... I saw that news a few days ago too. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have even looked up the details if I hadn't clicked on a link someone sent me... I bet it was posted over on $667 when I was checking things last year
LOL. Honestly, if I were overweight, I’d be hearing those comments every single day from my husband and even from people who don't have a right to an opinion. To be fair, it’s nothing new to me because I feel heavy even when I'm not pregnant, but why on earth would anyone direct those kinds of remarks at a pregnant woman? I just don't get those people.

And the emotional instability? Oh man. It's real. First, I’ll burst into tears, and then immediately start apologizing for crying (that’s actually happened to me more than once, just with my husband).

I used to hear about how much people love placing their hand on a pregnant belly. It’s one of those rare things I actually get to experience, and I love it, but I really wish my husband would listen for the baby's kicks more often. 😢
I mean, seriously, if absolutely nobody—and I mean NOBODY—gets up for someone on the subway... it drives me absolutely insane. Am I really the only one out there who’s dying to find a seat? Especially when I'm stuck on a cross-town trip from one end of the city to the other...
Yeah, Yehane, you just reminded me of something... He literally scans me from head to toe every single time we hang out. It’s like he’s constantly calculating if I’ve gained weight or something. And then, of course, he drops one of those "little jokes" about my weight. Like, seriously? Isn't that just incredibly rude, even if I'm not pregnant or anything? Ugh!
How do I download videos from Google Drive? in Software ·
Personally, my absolute favorite has to be www.keepvid.com.
Honestly, I just wish someone would step up and look after me for a bit :S Like, instead of me running to Target, someone could just go for me. Or tidy up my apartment, or whip up lunch, or handle the dishes... Heck, maybe even just give me a call to see how my day's going. And on the subway? It would be so nice if someone just offered their seat without me having to say a word...
