Reallocating my life energy...!! in Spirituality ·
Nancy Harris6 said:😘

Regarding my walks through the woods, I feel so centered in those moments that sometimes I just want to stay there forever, lying on the leaves and merging with the ground, the air, and the sky—nature is so profoundly calming and relaxing that it feels like 🙏...

Nature definitely possesses that capacity to recharge your energy; I truly believe that returning to nature and to what is natural (the Truth) is the real way to find yourself again, to work with energy, and to do the inner work...

I've also noticed that the whole point is quieting the internal dialogue—silencing the mind. Sometimes I'll go for a run instead of a walk, and I feel just as incredible—the key is silencing the mind. I just follow whatever internal feeling tells me what I need in that moment...

When my mind is obsessed with thoughts, no matter what I'm doing, it doesn't feel right; it just feels heavy, meaningless, and chaotic...

The goal is to silence the thoughts, to simply exist in Nowhere. Awareness. That is the gateway to energy. It *is* the energy...

That's how I've come to understand things...

And for those of you who know more (Joseph Cook7 & Inside Silence), please correct me if I'm wrong; feel free to share—I'm listening and absorbing, trying to grasp everything related to energy (essentially, everything 😁)...

P.S.
@ Inside Silence - great handle 👍

Heh, try running backward—you'll see how fast that shuts down your internal monologue.😉

Yeah, once you kill the mental noise, that's when you're actually present in the moment. You nailed it, and I'm glad you did.🙂

I honestly feel like I don't know anything yet, so if my ignorance can somehow be helpful to you, then I'm happy.🤷

I picked that handle myself once I became aware of the silence and realized I wasn't constantly talking to myself in my head. It felt like a good way to mark that turning point for me.

I find the ancient Aztec teachings super interesting, but I can't help feeling like this might be a bit of a misinterpretation, or maybe I'm just missing something?

It's not just copying stuff, even if the wording is identical.
Everything Charles has written in his last few posts—for instance, that's actually how I live my life—and I can say with total confidence that I'm living life to the absolute fullest compared to most people out there. I wouldn't go back to living like a regular person ever again, because I remember what that was like... and frankly, it was pretty pathetic.

😢
Bradley Myers63 said:Nothing is truly impossible to explain—nobody's born knowing everything, after all, and you have to start somewhere.
The older generation should really be mentoring us younger folks; you've got the knowledge, so you ought to have more experience with the non-material side of things than we do. I could probably beat you in a 50-yard dash, though I’m not even sure about that given your claims about having anti-aging techniques—losing would definitely take a toll on my ego. 😉

@Zachary Cook2
It’s actually pretty straightforward if you view your energetic body as the true "you" and the physical one as just a temporary residence. Who’s running the show physically while you're out? And does an energetic body even hold this shape—could you see it in a mirror or would others notice it?

One more thing (the most important part)—if an energetic body can actually be seen, want to grab a coffee sometime? No cheating... leave the physical body behind. Seriously though, I'm not joking, just checking so I don't have a heart attack when you show up.

I'll happily tell you what I know, no problem there. But first, go read the books. Once you do, then we can talk about the things you haven't grasped from the reading so we can actually connect the dots. I'm sure Joseph Cook7 can help you out with that too, though probably in his usual way.

Basically, your energetic body is calling the shots on everything, especially your material side—including right now while you're typing or reading this. It looks like a glowing egg, maybe two meters tall. Other people don't just see it walking around here, if that's what you're wondering.

I could show up, but you wouldn't see me—not in your normal state, or in your right consciousness, this one. You'd only be able to see me if your aggregate point shifted into a dreaming position—left along the belt, if that's how you want to put it. That's the only way you can see anyone as an egg, as an energetic body.

Ugh...😁
Joseph Cook7 said:Trying to explain bilocation—being in two places at once—to someone stuck in a purely materialist mindset is a lost cause. They’re basically trapped by the rules handed down by the mainstream consensus about how physics "must" work. It’s like trying to walk into a remote village in the Amazon and explaining how fiber optics or satellite TV works to people who have never even seen a lightbulb. They just can't wrap their heads around it because their entire map of reality is built on a completely different set of instructions than ours. Honestly, the best way to grasp bilocation is through the Toltec way, but you can't get there unless you're willing to ditch your old worldview for a totally new one. Once you shift that perspective, the whole concept actually makes sense...

Ugh, thanks for the help. I think I jumped in at just the right moment, though I was definitely struggling to find the right words to explain myself...

Joseph Cook7 said:Haha... fair point...
But honestly, I just scrolled through that whole discussion about bilocation and saw you trying to break it down using the Toltec way. It’s a lost cause—they don't have the foundational knowledge for this new worldview the Toltecs introduced, so you're basically shouting into a void. They just can't get it. I actually dropped a post there once trying to explain how they're essentially trapped by their own narrow perception of reality, which makes grasping stuff like this impossible. Breaking those mental chains is tough when people think they can just "logic" their way through everything... it's not even their fault, really. The shamans have done a great job making sure nobody ever escapes that loop.

Bradley Myers63 said:So, I’m going through this thread for the second time and still haven't found what I'm looking for. You mentioned increasing a person's energy levels, but I could really use some more specifics if you don't mind..
The usual questions:
What are you actually using to materialize a double? Where exactly are you pulling those atoms from?
How do you maintain control over it—how can one person exist in two places at once, and who's running the show for the double? And what happens to the original? Do you feel the double's pain? How physical is it, really (density, hardness, etc.)?

I think it’s fine for everyone to read up on it—if people can't wrap their heads around your claims, they won't, and if they do, we all win. Some folks just don't have the time for a book, whereas if I start reading it, my Starbucks cup probably won't leave my hand for a while. I see a lot of people getting swept up by him, which carries that risk of getting too carried away—something I definitely don't need right now with college and everything else... Anyway, there are your questions. Your move—get typing, quick, quick, quick....

Look, trying to explain how the mind actually works is a massive headache. If people can't be bothered to sit down and read a book, what am I supposed to do? They’ll just die in ignorance without ever truly understanding.😁
This stuff is ancient wisdom passed down through generations for thousands of years, and honestly, what you see in books is just the "short version." Trust me on that.

I'll try to give you some quick answers, though.

Where does the double come from materialistically?
From energy.

Where do those atoms come from?
From your energetic body. They aren't really atoms—more like luminous fibers—but hey, let's call them atoms if it makes it easier. Or maybe they are atoms. Who knows.

How do you control it? How can one person exist in two places at once? Who's running the show?
Through intention.

And what about the original?
You *are* the original. Your energetic body is the true original, not the physical one. You're the one calling the shots there.

Do you feel the double's pain?
Pain? No, nothing like that. Just this weird thunderous sensation and a sound like twigs snapping when the energy detaches from the physical.

How "material" is it actually (density, hardness, etc.)?
It depends on how much energy you have. It's pure energy.

Not sure if any of this even made sense to you.

It's incredibly difficult to explain it this way. Once you actually learn how to be aware of your energetic body—once it takes the lead over your physical self—then I could explain anything to you. But right now, while your mind is still trying to micromanage your energy, explaining this feels kind of ridiculous.

👍
Bradley Myers63 said:@Zachary Cook2
From what I can gather, this thread focuses on physical presence in two places at once—not some kind of mental projection. Bilocation is considered impossible, yet everyone keeps pivoting back to teleportation. Current research shows how unstable particles get during teleportation attempts; even then, the original is destroyed just to create a duplicate—which isn't even the original, just a carbon copy. As for teleporting something complex like a human being? Science hasn't even touched that level of difficulty yet. Essentially, the original has to be wiped out to make the replica. Those are the facts.

Theoretically, you "only" need more energy to control the double—but if you ask me, we're talking about an amount of energy that is practically unimaginable. If anyone had actually managed to bilocate, we’d know—because that energy has to
be drawn from somewhere. You can't just manifest it out of thin air; you’d have to pull it from the surroundings like a capacitor, store it, and then discharge it all in a microsecond. And don't even get me started on the sheer amount of power required just to keep such a system stable.

I'm curious to hear your take on this—and please, don't feel pressured to write a five-page dissertation, though I think you owe it to us since you're so convinced it's possible. Just keep it brief.

Did you even bother reading the whole thread? I thought I was being pretty descriptive here.
There’s a book linked up there—give it a read and maybe things will click, though honestly, who knows.

Joseph Cook7 said:Maybe you're onto something there. But look, we're dealing with one of those systems that’s just completely alien to how the average American thinks. It brings up concepts that even the most mainstream Eastern philosophies usually skip over. It’s a massive, layered thing—you practically need a roadmap to study it in the right order if you want it to make any sense. That's why I doubt many people can actually keep up with this level of breakdown...

Look, if anyone’s having a hard time with it, they can always go over to 😁

Maybe 95% don't get it, 3% are wondering why we're even rambling about this stuff, 1% think it sounds interesting and might want to dive in, and then there's the 1% who actually understand... though honestly, that last group might be closer to 0.1% if I'm being real.

Exactly!🙂

Have you actually reached that point where you just stop caring?

To me, it feels like total indifference—just a complete lack of reaction no matter what happens. But I don't mean it hits in waves; I mean it's constant.
For example, if a friend passes away and there's a funeral, I feel absolutely nothing. I just end up performing—acting like I'm grieving through this weird, controlled sort of madness.

I'm not sure if I described it perfectly, but that's the gist of it.🙂

Joseph Cook7 said:You're totally right about preferring nature walks—it's really the only way to quiet the mind. You already know that silencing the dialogue is the condicio sine qua non for anything involving the Toltec way; it's the prerequisite for everything else. That's the moment we loosen the assemblage point and kick off that sequence of transformations where we break down our perception of this world to see reality for what it actually is. From there, a whole series of new positions for the assemblage point follow, starting with the place where self-pity ends, which is the first real step on that path...

I have no clue what that's supposed to mean—honestly, I can't even wrap my head around those words. If anyone could break it down for me, I'd appreciate it.

😉

Joseph Cook7 said:Those long walks were designed to kill the inner dialogue. But you can't just stroll along—you have to keep your vision wide, like a 180-degree sweep, without actually locking onto any single object.
Our brains and how we see things are wired to focus and analyze everything 1:1. But when you're looking at everything around you without any focus or thought, the mind gets totally flooded with info and just breaks—it can't function the usual way anymore...
That's really the whole point of those walks.

Well, that’s exactly how I do it. I take in all the details at once. Sometimes I'll just sit there—not focusing on any one thing—and suddenly I see the leaves on a hundred different trees ahead of me as if they were just one single leaf. It's like a 1:100,000 ratio or something; it's hard to even put a number on it.

Just the act of walking through the woods, seeing the whole forest and the thousands of organisms within it, already kills the monologue. Especially when you hit a certain spot, reality just starts to fall apart—everything begins to sway... at least for me.. 😉

I remember reading somewhere about "leaves underfoot," but honestly, walking does a lot more to help with all of this, including silencing that inner chatter.

But it matters where you go. When I'm walking through downtown Chicago, where everything is high-strung, rushed, and chaotic—ugh—that just brings the monologue right back into my head. So, I stay away from walks like that.

A message for the "intellectuals": for heaven's sake, just open your mind and open your eyes!

Energy is everything—everything that was, is, and ever will be. Whether anyone likes it or not... ☕

Without understanding energy within the system, it’s nearly impossible to grasp the big picture. So, I have sympathy for those who don't get it and those who are denied any sense of tolerance. 😁

------------------------------------ No one has an excess of energy. And if they did? They'd likely be living in some low-income housing project on the outskirts of town.
We are born with a specific amount of energy, and that amount remains constant throughout our entire lives. We can't lose it, nor can we gain more. What we *can* do is make it completely useless for the purposes of consciousness. This process is incredibly pronounced in people today.
We use our own energy to maintain our current state—both our self-image and our perception of the world. Essentially, we uphold the status quo. But the forces and the will acting upon a person? They don't care about the status quo. Only consciousness can track those currents. You can't define them through mental interpretations, by clinging to generational patterns, or through thousands of years of repetitive behavior.
Why does this matter? We are in a cycle of descending into matter. Hitting rock bottom is inevitable. If a person reaches that point while remaining in this current state, it will be their end. Human consciousness isn't the only thing out there; every day we receive new tools. Tools meant for use.
Everything that exists possesses consciousness. Everything that has been created is the work of consciousness. And consciousness itself is just a shift in energy—of fire, of space...
Within us lies the will that drives our consciousness. When we direct our attention, we are directing the flow of our energy. If we pass judgment on something, our energy is immediately employed to maintain that judgment and the state of mind that accompanies it. If we decide society is unjust and view it through that lens, then society will remain unjust. If we become aware of the flow of life, life will flourish because it is supported and shaped by our consciousness, by our energy.
Consciousness shapes and creates. Because, as you say, everything is energy.

Look, of course someone can have "excess" energy—like a nagual—compared to your average person. But even then, they aren't gaining anything new; they were just born with a higher baseline than the rest of us.
The average person is born with a specific amount of energy, and sure, it doesn't just leak out of their shell or get replaced by something else, but certain parts of those energy filaments within the shell start to dim. Warriors use specific techniques to pull that light back into their shell, whereas regular people just let it flicker out further and further.

You could call that having extra energy, I guess—but only if you're comparing them to the average Joe who's already lost those filaments and won't be getting them back.

I read that exact book about a year or two ago. It was quite interesting...
There’s a certain weight to what Castaneda writes... a sense that there is deep truth and genuine meaning woven through his books...
I’ve always found Carlos Castaneda to be an intriguing figure, partly because about six months ago, I had this dream where my brother, Karl, told me that Castaneda was actually worth checking out. He recommended two of his books—I can't quite recall the titles right now—but he insisted they were essential reading... My brother passed away early last year at just sixteen, taken by some senseless accident that happened so fast it left us all reeling. Now that he's gone from this physical world, everyone talks about him like he was an angel, which wasn't far from the truth; he was such a bright, curious kid with so much potential ahead of him... R. I. P. Karl...
My apologies... I was a bit off... I drifted away from the main topic......

I find myself trusting you, Zachary Cook2, and I truly value your perspective... 👍
I wish people like you would speak up more often on this forum and actually share some of that knowledge and perspective with the rest of us... 🙂 Still, on the other hand—I get where you're coming from... 😉

Zachary Cook2 As specified by Morgan King77...
If only readers actually had the grit to grasp what Don Huan was saying... we might be living in a literal paradise right now...

Life just feels more vibrant when you have that extra surge of energy, more complete...

The whole thing about energy... it’s just... 🙏Well put. That energy... ah, that energy...

It’s truly remarkable how much people struggle to grasp what’s staring them right in the face... 🙄 We’re all such strange creatures, aren't we... everyone perceives things through their own unique lens, grasping just as much or as little as they can, but I find those driven by an intense, restless need to be particularly fascinating... I don't have much to add here... just observing the patterns as they unfold... It all comes down to anything that doesn't fit within their rigid, cookie-cutter mental frameworks... simply because they lack the capacity to grasp it...
A message to the "wise guys": for heaven's sake, just open your minds and open your eyes...

Energy is everything—past, present, and future. Whether anyone actually cares about that or not... ☕

Without energy at the core of the system, everything becomes difficult to grasp, which makes it easy to see why some people struggle to understand... and why others find themselves denied any real sense of tolerance... 😁

Don't bother with the thanks; knowledge shouldn't cost anything. If I can pass on even a fraction of what I've spent years gathering, and if you're actually able to wrap your head around it, I'm happy to help if any of it catches your interest.

That’s an incredible dream—take it as a sign from the spirit and grab that tiny window of opportunity while it's there.😉

Joseph Cook7 said:Could you remind me when exactly Don Juan said he hated moving or running? Because if I recall, he’d take ten-mile walks instead—basically spending his whole day hiking. Then, using his black panther ally, he actually forced Charlie into this brutal sprint up a hill, leaving both of them totally wiped out by the time they hit the top... you really think a Nagual would push himself that hard if he truly loathed it? Look, let's stick to actual arguments and quotes here, rather than just throwing out random claims that aren't even in the books...!!

The way I see it, the whole point of the walking was because memories pile up in your calves—you walk to shake them loose and process them. That’s why those long treks were necessary.

Maybe he hated running, but he didn't hate movement itself.

As for that panther business—the goal wasn't about getting a cardio workout. It was about creating enough of a shock to shut down the internal monologue, to basically break the mind's grip. That's the only way to sustain that state for any length of time—but hey, that's just my take. Those runs were just occasional things, not some daily jogging routine or a set schedule.

Nancy Harris6 said:Coincidence or fate? About two years ago, I asked for a certain Castaneda book for my birthday, and it actually arrived (a lovely surprise 🙂). It looks quite striking on my bookshelf alongside my other favorites. 😁
I’ll be honest, I struggle to commit to specific rituals because anything that feels repetitive or monotonous just drains me... but tensegrity seems different—it feels doable, engaging, efficient, useful...
Lately, my focus has been on walking through the woods and finding those moments of mental stillness by grounding myself in the NOW, regardless of what I'm doing... But if you're asking whether these magical movements appeal to me—yes, they do!
Everything in its own time; that's the golden rule. I have a personal rhythm that I won't fight, nor do I want to. Still, these are energetic exercises, and energy is meant to move, accelerate, and ease things along... So, where does that leave me? Should I just dive straight into tensegrity, or wait for that intuitive nudge, for some sense of internal readiness? 🤔 🤣 I'm half-joking, half-serious here. 😁

I truly believe that any method used to boost energy levels and improve flow—and, more importantly, how we handle that energy—is absolutely essential in an age defined by such chronic burnout. 👍

For those of you who already practice these magical movements, how did you get started? Any advice drawn from actual experience rather than just what's printed in the books... something interesting or unconventional... 🙂
Go ahead, share whatever comes to mind regarding tensegrity—I'm listening... 🍿

I don't think there's such a thing as a coincidence if you're the one who wanted it in the first place.👍

The book mentions how movements shouldn't turn into habits or rituals—you know, like doing the exact same motions at 8:00 AM every single day. If they become habits, you lose the essence; it’s not just about the physical movement, but everything else too, because then it just turns into a mindless reflex.🙂

Anyway, go cut through the brush, enjoy yourself, merge with nature, and lean into the support of the earth and all the consciousness within it. Honestly, I can't go a single day without being in the woods. I had this crazy idea once about digging out a little cave deep in the forest, far away from everyone, just to sit there and do recapitulations.

Well, you've already started,😉 so now just get to the actual practice... your inner voice pretty much told you to write this post anyway, didn't it?😉

I've been playing around with the "magic" side of things for years, but it wasn't until last year that I actually started practicing Tensegrity—once I cleared out some energetic blockages and redirected that flow into specific exercises. Right now, I combine about 15 to 30 minutes of recapitulation followed by the 1/13 series.
For now, I'm sticking strictly to 1/13 since I'm not ready for anything more advanced yet. I still haven't quite figured out the proper way to do that first series—it doesn't feel fluid, but I'm getting there.

mellowfalcon11 said:The payoff? Well, since the body is essentially the temple of the spirit, I suppose there's that.
What you get is a body—plain and simple.
A conductor for the will, tuned up and ready to go.
Think about a Ford Mustang, for instance. You listen to the engine, you monitor the speed, you watch the fuel efficiency—why? So it can perform its purpose as effectively as possible. To serve the very will that set it in motion.
Now, take a hammer, or even a person we know who has to step in front of us so we can see them. That sense of danger, or a familiar energy, or even telepathy—it's all perceived first on an energetic level, through the whole body, converted into an impulse. A warning.
Most of the time, we just ignore it because of all that internal chatter. We don't leave enough space for what's called immediate action. When the body is in its optimal state, it handles those things autonomously.
These aren't theories; they are facts you can witness in your own life.
To wake up consciousness, we don't need some rare element from Jupiter. Everything happens right here, within our own bodies and minds. Driven by the will.

For me, it’s different—I don't really have an internal dialogue anymore. I just act. If it tries to pop up for a second, I just shut it down. No big deal.
