I find myself feeling rather frustrated with my own lack of discipline, given that I had previously insisted I wouldn't be revisiting these forums during my second pregnancy.🙂

Instead, I find myself scrolling through every single thread, which inevitably leads me down a rabbit hole of unnecessary panic, deep-seated anxiety, and nothing but negative energy.🙂
I simply could not remain silent in the face of such comments regarding young girls.

While I haven’t yet had the distinct honor of welcoming more little ones into my own family, let me be perfectly clear: if I find myself blessed with another daughter and someone dares to even hint at such nonsense, I shall have a very sharp retort ready to fire. 🙂

they openly disrespect teachers, instructors, and childcare providers, treating them like they're some lower class of people who don't actually do anything useful.
And then, in the same breath, they expect those very same people to educate, raise, guide, and protect their children...
The hypocrisy is unreal.

This right here is precisely where the core of the issue lies, although if I may be so bold as to add a word, I would say they are actually re-parenting 😁

They demand that educators achieve something that they themselves are fundamentally incapable of accomplishing. 🙂

And, of course, I should clarify—to avoid any unnecessary confusion—that this does not apply to all parents. 😉

I didn't start this thread to smear the entire teaching profession; I opened it because I was facing a problem and wanted to hear some independent perspectives.
There is nothing subjective about the insult directed at my child. It truly saddens me that someone in your profession—which I assume you are—equates a teacher asking "are you stupid?" with a final grade. Based on that, I can only assume you either think I'm lying, which would be the better alternative, or that you find such behavior perfectly normal. If it's the latter, that's deeply concerning, as it only invites more chaos within this sector.
In any case, I certainly don't envy the students you teach.

I wasn't actually referring to your opening post, but rather to those specific comments that generally target anyone involved in protest movements; it is always the same handful of users (who regularly post on similar topics) using your situation merely as a smokescreen to lash out at the same old targets. That is all there is to it, and I shall now withdraw from this discussion.

Are we supposed to just turn a blind eye to teachers insulting students because the administration is too incompetent to discipline problematic kids? (What does that even have to do with the topic?)

I find myself disinclined to engage in any sort of heated debate, for I have already remarked that I possess a rather clear understanding of exactly where this trajectory is headed. 🙄

While this might seem somewhat tangential to our primary subject, I was merely offering a reflection on that particular comment regarding the existence of double standards.

When one considers the matter of insults, does it not strike you that we are dealing with an entirely subjective landscape? It is a fickle thing, really. For instance, there are those students who perceive a mere letter grade on a transcript as a profound personal affront, a slight against their very character. And what follows? Naturally, the so-called "responsible and conscientious" parents descend upon the school administration, demanding that some grand sense of justice be served. They march in to demand retribution for this perceived injustice—which, in their eyes, is both the grade itself and the insult of receiving it—as if they were litigating a constitutional crisis rather than a mid-term evaluation, wouldn't you agree?☕

I'm not really sure what you mean about those different criteria for high schoolers.

I find myself in complete agreement😉 because, quite frankly, the School Board shouldn't be handing out "mercy" when it comes to disciplinary actions or other academic interventions. If parents decide to complain or start pleading their case, let them; it is a consequence of such inconsistency. 🥳

The moment I caught sight of this thread's title, I knew exactly which direction this conversation was headed 🙄

It seems absolutely nobody cares about how the child actually felt; instead, everyone is just waiting for a chance to launch a crusade against the teachers. Is it really any wonder? This is just the way things are in America ☕

Of course it isn't prohibited, though one must realize that the ladies on this forum have no way of knowing the specifics of your ovulation cycle. If you find yourself feeling uncertain or confused by the process, might I suggest that the most prudent course of action would be to consult with your own OB-GYN?
I am still currently breastfeeding, and my hair loss has become absolutely dreadful; to make matters worse, my stylist suggested that things will only take a turn for the worse once I finally wean😲
amberheron62 said:Oh, come on, don't be silly! You can't seriously expect girls over here to just magically know how long your natural cycle lasts or when your fertile window actually hits.. 😁

If your cycles were already this long before you started the pill, there's a good chance you aren't even ovulating until day 30—or maybe you aren't ovulating at all. Honestly, there are like a dozen different ways that could play out.

I should probably just pass along some advice from one of our regulars who always tells women looking for a gynecological diagnosis on this forum: grab your bestie by the hand and walk into that doctor's office together. 😉

That is precisely what I was attempting to convey.☕
Sarah Adams3 said:Ladies, I have a quick question for you all... my last period started on September 23rd, and we had intercourse during what I thought were my fertile days.
It's already day 41 and my period still hasn't arrived... I actually took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago, but it came back negative—that's three tests in a row now.
I'm just wondering if those were truly my fertile days; I felt like my ovulation was spot on, but now I'm completely confused... I haven't had any PMS symptoms at all, and I don't even have that feeling like my period is about to start.
