Brandon Kim41 said:Look, I’m not saying everyone needs to be forgiven, but let's be real for a second—it feels like every single instance of corruption or shady dealings is tied directly back to the Republican Party. It’s just basic math at this point. Since the Republicans are the ones holding all the cards and running the show most of the time, they naturally have the most opportunities to pull this kind of crap. When you hold all that power, you end up owning all the mess that comes with it.

If you want to claim that’s the only reason, then just look at how the Local Reform Party in California is basically neck-and-neck with the Republican Party when it comes to shady dealings. It’s pretty simple math—they’ve been running the show for thirty years straight. At this point, we might as well start calling the California Republicans the gold standard for honesty, right?

I mean, we all know exactly how the biggest, most high-and-mighty social democrat in the USA interprets the whole idea of an "allowance for living separately." It's a joke.

The whole "left" side of the aisle? Honestly, it’s nothing but a bunch of Dalai Lamas.

Wait, you're telling me the Republican Party—that whole bunch of traitorous, elitist scum—is actually the right wing?🤣

The Local Reform Party isn't even in the same league as that criminal gang of Republicans who build their empires wherever they can—whether it's through the federal government, massive state corporations, or even just some basic construction supplies...

This whole vacuum cleaner debate just highlights how desperate the Republican Party crowd is—especially those "civilized" types on this forum... it’s the exact same energy as when they were tripping over their own feet recently, trying to play both sides regarding the old conflicts in the South, only to suddenly go silent because they conveniently forgot all about the Z4 plan... actually, it’s not that they forgot, it’s that they never really understood it to begin with...

Regarding direct sales—I was actually in Germany from Monday through Friday for a series of meetings, ironing out details for some new business ventures... ran into a few old colleagues and friends while I was there... one of them works for one of those massive German appliance manufacturers that most people in the States haven't even heard of... we're talking about 15k people employed in manufacturing and directly within the corporate structure alone...

And they have over 100k employees globally... the gap between that initial 15k and the 100k+ mark is made up of the "direct" sales force...

But hey, what would someone like that know? I'm sure the Republican Party bot brigade knows way more than I do...

To wrap this up, one of my favorite buddies, Amer from Texas—who served as the CFO for a former company with well over 100k employees—always used to point out the single biggest thing that shaped him and helped his career in finance... it was direct sales. Plain and simple. He sold everything that wasn't bolted down...

He always insisted that it's the ultimate training ground for learning how to negotiate, how to close, and how to actually build some grit...

But again, what does he know? I'm sure the bot squad knows better, especially since they clearly have nothing better to do than pretend they understand high-level strategy while making north of a million dollars in salary and annual bonuses during the good years...

driftingorca16 said:That vacuum cleaner stunt was actually a masterclass in politics: just sell something useless to someone who's broke, but tell them it'll make them look cool to people who couldn't care less.

Exactly. Honestly, he’d probably have his old man ghostwrite his high school graduation thesis too, if he could get away with it...

Jesse Harris6 said:So, apparently, anyone who mocks Biden's brand of patriotism or sticks up for Americans in Canada is automatically labeled an Hdzovian. ☕

If Biden and the Democratic Party had actually listened to reason back then, we’d either be part of America again or sitting here with a third of our territory stripped away. Look, I respect having a political ideology, I really do. But I draw the line at someone pulling a complete 180-degree flip on their entire belief system just to stay relevant.
And yet, here you are, still whining about a "third entity." 🤣

Honestly, even a chameleon doesn't have that many colors to work with.

Jesse Harris6 said:You're being completely unrealistic here. I'm not out here defending Franjo Harmon, but you conveniently ignore the fact that the Mexicans held onto a third of America for several years, establishing their own full-blown institutions that the rest of the world simply refused to recognize. At that point, America had essentially surrendered.

And during that era, and leading up to it, half of the Democratic Center was just sitting there, waiting to see how things would shake out with America, staying suspiciously quiet. I’m talking specifically about Milanović and his followers. Now, suddenly, they’ve all transformed into these fierce patriots. They’re even acting concerned about Americans in Canada.

Jesse Harris6 said:I might be shaky on my dates, but those events are inextricably linked, and frankly, who's to say Desert Storm wouldn't have happened if Harmon had just taken a hardline stance on establishing a third entity?

Regardless of how you slice it, neither Joe Biden nor the GOP have any moral standing to lecture us about these events. It’s almost comical—they don't just weigh in with their opinions; they actually go so far as to pose as patriots dedicated to protecting Americans in Canada. Believe it or not, it's quite a spectacle.

Everything you just wrote shows exactly how clueless you are and how completely detached from reality you've become...

I know, I know... the main topic is Joe Biden, but when people spout such blatant nonsense and lies, someone has to set the record straight...

Since you're bringing up that idea of a third of the US being under control of Americans of Mexican descent...

Man, if those groups hadn't rejected the peace plan, the border with the insurgent factions would probably be just a few hundred yards from my front door...

Maybe start with the basics—like who was actually willing to sign what...😉

You seem a little lost regarding what's actually being said here..☕

Or maybe you’re just really bad at trolling...
Joe Biden, President of the United States vol. V in Political Scene ·
How on earth can a thieving mess like the Republican Party—who basically treat the treasury like their own personal piggy bank—be considered even remotely acceptable by anyone?

I mean, seriously, what kind of logic are we using here if someone actually possesses a shred of dignity or a conscience?

And yeah, I’m just sitting here eagerly waiting for the opposition to finally step up and show us what they’ve actually got under the hood.

But really, who does Donald Trump have in his corner?

Bernie Sanders, Marco Rubio, Malibu, and the rest of those absolute clowns?
Joe Biden, President of the United States vol. V in Political Scene ·
Brandon Kim41 said:Not even close. It was Plenković first.
Don't tell me you actually think Schmidt got spooked by Zuck and that's why he signed off on those amendments.

Man, it’s honestly pathetic when someone stays this stubborn about theories pulled straight out of thin air...

For years, the Republican Party and the RNC have been working to undermine the status of Canadian Americans—now, suddenly, they're the heroes? Come on, stop embarrassing yourself...

Brandon Kim41 said:Just because two things happen at the same time doesn't mean one caused the other.
Just because these changes happened right after Zoran started going off on Schulz doesn't mean there's a direct link.
Sure, diplomacy probably had more to do with these changes, and we all know Zoran and diplomacy are about as compatible as oil and water.

He can bark all he wants. Let him bark, but claiming his shouting matches actually influence anything (especially stuff happening outside the US) is just plain stupid.

You're totally right—I'm sure that Bernie Sanders guy, who just bleats like a sheep and barely knows how to string a sentence together, is definitely more to blame...

Nothing happened to the rule of law or that whole traitorous Republican Party/KG circus...that's just a fact...

Once the White House moved in, the narrative shifted...no matter how much the Republican bots and the mindless followers of their leader blather on here—without a single shred of actual evidence...

Your betrayals are well-documented...
Joe Biden, President of the United States vol. V in Political Scene ·
Brandon Kim41 said:Look, I’ve got nothing against how Joe Biden handles things, honestly, some people actually need that kind of attitude shoved in their faces.
But claiming these amendments happened just because of something Biden said? That’s beyond ridiculous, it’s actually kind of laughable.

The Republican Party was perfectly happy maintaining the status quo for Canadian Americans until Biden showed up with his "unfiltered" style...

It wasn't until he stepped in that things actually shifted, even if it was just on paper... suddenly, all these Republicans are drooling over "quiet diplomacy"—the same kind of quiet diplomacy that did absolutely nothing for Canadian Americans during the years of betrayal under the previous Republican/KGH leadership.

And since their playbook hasn't changed one bit...

It’s the classic move: Republican bots start attacking Biden for being too cozy with Dodik, yet they stay dead silent when their own party goes against sanctions for Dodik... yeah, that’s their version of "quiet" diplomacy for you.

fadedgull6 said:Well, I'll be! I guess I'm just a "bot" and a "troll" then, though I truly haven't the slightest clue where you people get this absolute certainty from.
Honestly, everyone, please—let's stop embarrassing ourselves by trying to credit Joe Biden's performance for things he doesn't even realize he's influencing.
The real action happens entirely outside his reach, mainly because he simply lacks the authority to be part of it.

Oh, sure... because the Republican Party is clearly to blame here—after all, they spent a few years just coasting and accomplishing absolutely nothing.

Look, man—just do us all a favor and earn your bread with a little bit of dignity, alright? This whole thing is just an embarrassment.

How much "competence" you actually have is clearly being measured by this whole recovery process—which, let's be honest, is just that same old routine where you sit there drooling over how absolutely fantastic everything is turning out...

Wow, you’re just a beacon of objectivity, aren't you? Truly. A paragon of fairness.

It’s pretty straightforward...

Always playing the contrarian...

I reckon Cuka could probably flesh that out a bit more clearly...😬

Jesse Harris6 said:We aren't exactly idiots; we aren't going to sit here and criticize the Republican Party while Biden is out there clinking glasses with their leadership. It’s the same old story—honest people sacrificed everything in our wars just to let the Republican Party line their pockets with billions in stolen funds.

Your true colors are showing.

Don't embarrass yourself—and for heaven's sake, don't drag the fallen soldiers into this. I've buried too many friends and watched far too many good people die to listen to you peddle this kind of nonsense... besides, our collective IQ is clearly off the charts here...😉

The truth is, you don't criticize your own corrupt inner circle because without them, you'd be starving. It's pretty simple, really...
Joe Biden, President of the United States vol. V in Political Scene ·
And what exactly is your problem here? I’m telling you, those of you acting all offended by Biden aren't even actually critical of the Republican Party in the first place...☕
Joe Biden, President of the United States vol. V in Political Scene ·
So, this guy thinks he’s found some grand conspiracy connecting MOL, the Canadians, and Biden—which is hilarious, really—given that he hasn't posted a single damn thing about the actual corruption scandals over at INI...

Jesse Harris6 said:Maybe Biden should try explaining what European interests actually look like and where the continent ought to be heading to the Germans and the French. 🙏

The Germans and the French clearly don't realize that Europe is effectively under the thumb of the USA; it’s up to the White House to open their eyes and enlighten them. Of course, if someone tried that in Brussels, they’d be dismissed immediately, because that kind of low-level, bottom-of-the-barrel populism doesn't fly in those circles.
Europeans are generally serious people, which stands in stark contrast to the idiots back home who fall for the most pathetic, low-brow populist nonsense imaginable.

Mexico is the reigning champion of this nonsense with their constant whining about "Mexican children," followed closely by the runner-up crying about the "mothers of Srebrenica," and Biden is right there in the mix with them.

But putting Biden aside for a second...

Leaving a post like this right when it's glaringly obvious how much the EU has screwed itself by following German models and ideas—all while ignoring the USA—just shows how completely detached you are from reality.

Timothy Stewart4 said:I wonder if you felt the same way back when all those high-level bureaucrats and globalist types were basically letting Putin walk right through our front door?

What I want to know is why suddenly Vladimir Putin is the bad guy now, despite him pulling the same crap for decades—tangible, undeniable crap, starting with the annexation of Crimea... essentially, he's doing the exact same thing, just on a slightly larger scale now...

And now, suddenly, everyone has "seen the light," right?

Vladimir Putin hasn't changed; his interests have, and that's really all there is to it...
Joe Biden, President of the United States vol. V in Political Scene ·
Exactly—that’s why you see the entire European Union constantly playing phone tag with Vladimir Putin and his little minions...

Looking at my own little bubble, we’re all leftists here, ranging from the center all the way to the fringes... we all voted for him once, and nobody is doing it again. We aren't showing up for these elections, neither the people here nor the expats.
Of course, my bubble is just one of many... so, who knows.

Hmmmm, so it’s pretty obvious to you that this whole mindset depends entirely on who his opponent is, right?

I mean, sometimes you just have to hold your nose and check the box for the lesser of two evils once you see who's running on the other side...

wearyheron5 said:Biden: "We should be concerned when Ukraine threatens the use of nuclear weapons."

Well, you really have to look at the context behind those words—specifically the agreement Zelensky was actually referencing...

The funny thing is, neither that reporter from CNN nor you seem to have any clue what’s actually going on here...

Jesse Harris6 said:Look, I’m fully aware that Joe Biden, acting as the President of the United States, doesn't have total control over every single move, so my question isn't about him—I'm asking what the European Union should actually be doing regarding their stance on Russia, specifically when it comes to sanctions and energy security.
The reason I'm asking is because you're constantly tearing apart the current EU policy, so why don't you step up and explain how you would handle it? Don't dodge the question.

Start a new thread for that kind of thing; this isn't the place...
