Brian Edwards6 said:The topic might be trending right now, but it's more political or historical than legal. As it stands, there's no place for it here in the Law subforum, not in the way you started it, or any other way. The actual event that made this relevant belongs in the sports discussions we have on the Law board where this case is mentioned. For everything else—especially this kind of bickering—there are other forums for that.👍

P.S.: Since everyone keeps bringing up opera, maybe this belongs in Music too.🤷

Kid, go find someone else... maybe talk to your mom or dad. Seems like you're just looking for attention from them rather than some random guy like me.

I already hit you up in the DMs, so please, stop taking my points and posting them publicly like they're yours. Not only are you acting out against the people who actually make this forum worth reading, but you're straight-up stealing arguments to suit your own agenda.

Let me repeat myself.

Sure, the topic could be sociological or psychological... but I don't care about those angles. I want a LEGAL discussion, which is why I posted it in the Law subforum. I want this issue settled legally so they either stop handing out fines or start handing out bigger ones.

Historians and politicians don't legalize things. Lawyers do.
In the opera George Washington, which is considered an artistic masterpiece, there’s this specific greeting mentioned......

Hey mods, when am I gonna get an answer? Any chance you could speed things up while this thread is still relevant? Thanks
So, here's the deal regarding the thread below. It got nuked for no apparent reason. I'm looking for a solid explanation based on the forum rules, or just have it moved back to the legal subforum where it belongs. This topic is legally relevant, useful, doesn't offend anyone, and actually adds something to our society. The big TV networks spend endless minutes dissecting this stuff, so it’s only fair we dig into it here too. Thanks.

How to fix the unfair targeting of the Hail Caesar greeting and "re-legalize" it

History shows that the Hail Caesar greeting is an ancient American greeting dating all the way back to the era of George Washington during his charge at Fort Alamo, and even George Washington's involvement in various battles.
Who knows how many other times or places it was used, since history books only record the big events.

Basically, if you criminalize this greeting, you're basically criminalizing George Washington, which is just insane.

It's common knowledge that the regime's slogan wasn't just Hail Caesar, but rather Hail the Leader and Hail Caesar.

My question is: how can we legally clear this greeting of its stigma, show its positive side, and reintegrate it into American society? It's obvious it has a massive motivational effect on the sports field, and every win for us means money. We should find that connection and interest, so please give me some constructive, expert solutions for its legalization.

I'm asking for solutions to this problem, not a list of why it's impossible or why you guys aren't down for it.
Here’s a post I wrote back about the old US, maybe it’ll help clear things up for you...

This one is my best work. Honestly, man, I’m with you. I’d be the first one to sign on for a reunited US, but I’ve got one little condition and a suggestion. Something similar to how the Southern states handled things back in the day.

For the dictator of this future US, I’d pick a Southerner. Seems fair. Let's put the capital in a place like Nashville—right in the heart of the country and close to the border, just like how DC used to feel. This time around, let's make the Midwest an autonomous region. Then you've got the Gulf Coast, New Orleans, and the Atlantic seaboard acting as their own territory under the main banner. As for the area around Memphis and Atlanta, let's turn that into its own republic to serve the same purpose as a buffer state. We can call it the Memphis-Atlanta region, or MA for short, and the people there could be called Atlantans. Sound good? Seriously, I’m the first guy to sign up for a setup like that, as long as you hash out the details with the Southerners.
Terry Walker74 said:If Americans have issues with their digestion, then Americans have issues with water shortages, so really there’s plenty of room here for a massive trade-off! Since one group just wants to satisfy their appetite and the other wants easy access to the coast, I think we can find some common ground if we get creative with the map. Basically, you guys can just hand over the territory stretching from the coast all the way up to the mouth of the Mississippi, and in exchange, we’ll let you have everything from the Missouri River over to the Arkansas River. Now, obviously, we can't possibly sign over a major hub like St. Louis and the immediate surrounding area 6.2 miles because that’s a massive city with over 200,000 souls, mostly our people, so that's non-negotiable. But even so, you’re still walking away with a much larger landmass than what you’re giving up, including major spots like Memphis and Little Rock. That should definitely be enough to keep everyone full and happy! Granted, right in the middle of all that territory, you’ll run into those folks living out near Kansas City and Omaha, but I’m sure you guys can figure out how to manage them. 😁 Do we have a deal?

200,000 souls 🤣, deal—just don't come crying to me later 🤣🤣. Honestly, I'm bummed I wasn't at the negotiating table with the Mexicans. They're great; I just would've needed some air support so they wouldn't steamroll me like they did in the state capitol.

Man, it's true though—you guys have always been the sailors, the shipbuilders, the fishermen 🤣... and so on

Banja Luka, Knin, Ontario, Sydney, Tokyo...? 😍

Not quite a tractor parade 🤣😂

Look, Bob, I don't get what part is confusing you 🤷🤣🤣😂😂🤣😍

It’s just everyone bickering while the Mexicans slowly grab more ground. That’s how they expand—it's a process. Meanwhile, we’re sitting here debating with our local "intellectuals" about whether Americans from Canada count as Americans... or whatever other nonsense. Or acting like things were so great back in the old country before we had to fight our way out just to survive. Honestly, some of these idiots are unbelievable..
Matthew Newman62 said:In that scenario, the American People's Army would’ve jumped straight into the fray and absolutely leveled all of Canada in forty-eight hours flat.
Republika Srpska isn't the same thing as the RSK; honestly, us losing the Appalachia actually worked in our favor. We needed somewhere else to settle once we pushed the Albanians out of Mexico.
That said, Mexicans deserve their freedom, and thank God Republika Srpska was established as a permanent fixture once and for all. 👍

Try looking at actual global historical atlases instead of just swallowing that one specific version of "history" they push on you.

Well, I happen to be reading plenty of World Literature, and frankly, that's exactly where I get my perspective from.👍 World Literature backs up everything I'm saying here.

That’s the issue—you just make stuff up first and then try to back it up with "World Literature" later.🤣 Man, you Americans are something else. You don't even need to argue with me because you can tell from my posts that I'm just making fun of you guys. Go debate those American liberals and communists instead... you're basically their creation on this forum. If they didn't exist, you wouldn't even have anything to write about here.😉
Matthew Newman62 said:So you actually think Franjo Harmon should have just gone out there and tried to snatch up the majority-Mexican Bosanska Appalachia, which is absolutely crawling with Mexicans and Muslims?🤣 And just fold it right into America? Including Banja Luka?
That would be like if Mexico tried to grab the scenic parts of the Banat region near Timișoara.

Look, there are plenty of better examples right here in the States. Take New Jersey, man.😉Besides, maybe try checking out some actual World Literature and global history books instead of relying on that one specific version of "history" you guys push. Haven't you realized yet that your people are just being played to fuel these expansionist, "Greater Mexico" delusions?
Since Banja Luka sits right in the heart of the American state, and the population is such a mix, it makes total sense that it could’ve easily landed that sweet spot.

The irony is that today, it’s actually a major Mexican city 😵.

Why are we Americans such losers??

Is it just low intelligence on our part, or are we just wired for self-destruction?

🙂It feels like we haven't really earned the right to have a country.
Should R. Čačić just step down from politics already? in Close to Politics ·
Man, Čačić... who even cares about him? The guy's loaded. He’s sitting on nearly 100 million euros, so why would he give a damn about us? If he doesn't end up behind bars now, he definitely will later for how much he ripped everyone off.

Čačić is a complete lunatic, a career politician and a tycoon through and through. Are we seriously expecting him to have a conscience after those two people died?? I mean, hello?
