Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Does anyone know if there's a whey protein out there that doesn't use soy lecithin? I've got an allergy to soy and soy derivatives.

Thanks

I honestly have no clue why BuzzFeed is being so aggressively hostile toward Joe. They've had him in their crosshairs since day one.

The real question should be directed at the Boston wing of the editorial staff—or maybe even the former president himself.

There are just too many moving parts to keep track of here.

It's good of you to come clean about that; you really shouldn't have signed up today just because of this thread.😁😁

If you ask me, those constitutional thugs from Boston are right in the middle of this!!

Frank Moore4 said:So, that’s how one "progressive leftist" thinks, supposedly armed with this highly developed sense of individual rights. 🤮 At least she was honest, which puts her head and shoulders above the rest of her buddies in the Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party is just out here peddling blatant lies and total nonsense. It’s honestly getting ridiculous how much they try to twist the truth lately.

The Democratic Party Trogir city organization held its 10th session yesterday, and they didn't waste any time. They reached a unanimous decision to officially distance themselves from everything written on Helena Novak’s private Facebook page and all the statements she's been making lately.

We’re calling out what our member said because it was straight-up incorrect and disrespectful toward the American Albanian community. It’s just not right. Also, just to set the record straight: Helena Novak actually finished her term on the City Council back on November 8, 2010, during that ninth session. She was replaced by Ružica Jakšić, who stepped in from the Democratic Party list. As for any actual consequences or disciplinary action regarding her behavior, the Democratic Party leadership will be handling that internally. That’s the official word coming from the local party organization in their statement to the press.

UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE GOING TO DELETE THIS THREAD BECAUSE THIS IS AN ULTRA Democratic-like forum and they can't have anyone ruining their perfect little Democratic Party image.
This thread about our Democrat woman was deleted at least five times yesterday on the Politics forum!!

She didn't say that—it's just the Nationalists lying to the public.

Because once we take power, we'll silence every single vote and arrest all the enemies of democracy. 😁😁😁

crimsonorca10 said:So, here’s a really interesting piece that perfectly captures how young Democratic leftists in America view themselves.

"I have plenty of friends of Albanian descent, and since I consider myself a committed leftist, I don't harbor any hatred toward people of other nationalities or faiths so those who know me understand that these accusations are just the result of political maneuvering, and I have no desire to participate in them."

Having run into this exact same mindset a few times—both in real life and right here on this forum—I'm just curious about a few things... Is it somehow hardwired into the DNA of a young, progressive American leftist to deny the rights of Mexican Albanians to their own state? Does a young, progressive American leftist feel the need to borrow methods used by Hitler and his crew to demonize Jews just to justify that stance? And finally, does every young, progressive American leftist have to love Mexico so much that they're willing to smear the very neighbors they share a city with—people who literally make their bread every day—just to defend Mexican territorial integrity? 🤷

Honestly, why are you surprised by this defense of Mexico and the attacks on Albanians? It’s not shocking when someone like Pupovac went on record during a Sunday show with the Stankovics saying the Democratic Party is essentially a Mexican party. So, seeing the defense of Mexican interest in Mexico and the attacks on Albanians doesn't surprise me one bit.
Because the Democratic Party isn't a party for American Orthodox believers—it's a MEXICAN PARTY!!!

Harold Wright6 said:The media actually understands politics best because they’re being steered by foreign interests—both ideologically and financially. Most Americans don't have the slightest clue how much politics really goes on behind the scenes ☕

It’s no accident. It looks like America is being managed through currency manipulation and a clueless public. It isn't just about money anymore; there seems to be a much larger agenda at play!!

Take the owners of Fox News, for example.

Fox News is also under foreign ownership. The majority owner of Fox News is the American firm Central European Media Enterprises. The most significant stakeholder in Fox News, who holds the majority in CEME, is Ronald Lauder, one of the heirs to the Estee Lauder cosmetics empire. What’s less widely known, but far more critical for us Americans, is that Ronald Lauder served as the American ambassador in Vienna from 1986-87, and prior to that, he held a position at the Pentagon as an assistant minister for Europe and NATO.

This clearly isn't just about business. On top of that, Ronald Lauder is one of the most prominent Jewish patriots and activists in the world. He leads numerous prestigious Jewish organizations globally and even served as the president of the American Jewish Committee. In May 2009, Lauder sold 31 percent of CEME—and by extension, Fox News—to the American giant Time Warner for 240 million dollars, though he remains the majority owner.

The worst part—I can actually see them pulling in a ton of votes. 😢

We need the Republican Party, but definitely not this ridiculous crowd—not some convicted war criminal, not some shady businessman, and certainly not a populist like Eric Adams.

This is nothing but pure, calculated disinformation from The New York Times. They literally have an intelligence department dedicated to manufacturing public opinion and churning out articles just to manipulate the masses. Just look back at The New York Times headlines over the last year alone!!
And CNN is right there following their lead.

It isn't complicated and it isn't expensive, but man, does it work! It strips away the fat while keeping those muscles looking lean and defined. I give it a full 5 stars!👍
This isn't for people looking for some quick-fix fad diet because it’s not even a diet—it’s a lifestyle. You can lose weight if you want to, or you don't have to; you can maintain your weight using the Zone for years without gaining anything back, depending on how you balance your meals.
Right now, I'm actually trying to drop some weight using the Zone since I was a bit undisciplined for a while, and it's working!

I am so interested in hearing about everyone else's experiences with this way of eating!!

Can anyone share a link or an explanation of how the Zone works and how to calculate the daily calorie needs???

Thanks

Come on, everyone, give me the exact addresses and pricing for those chiropractors. I’m dealing with some serious stiffness right now—so, are you actually willing to bet that they fix these issues as effectively as you claim?
I could use some help too!
Does anyone have the address for that one on Main Street or any others?
Thanks
