Dealing with hemorrhoids

It really all comes down to how you define "cooling." If you’re sitting in a car that’s been baking in the sun—and let's face it, if it's 90 degrees out, that interior gets brutal—you're basically sitting on a furnace. I haven't checked the thermometer, but it's definitely hot enough to make you start sweating... and then, well, things get uncomfortable fast. It feels like they designed these seats just to cause trouble!
So, my take? If you're using the seat cooling, don't crank it to the extreme. Instead of dropping from a scorching temperature down to something crazy, just aim to bring it down enough so you aren't sweating—maybe somewhere in the mid-70s? Whatever works. You should also probably use a cushion—between that and the upholstery, you shouldn't be applying direct cold to your skin anyway.
